Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Collegedale

Only been a few times and I’m obsessed. The only typical flavors for holidays that I get are pumpkin spice and peppermint mocha and Then I’m generic otherwise. Today I tried the sugar cookie latte with oat milk and this pic was immediately after I drove away bc it was gone and I’m sad because it was so delicious and I am wondering if I need to buy two 🤣 their coffee srinks Are amazing No lie. They don’t over sugar them which I usually get black but wanted to try this so bad. And the food is good. And perfect portion options for someone like me Who sometimes can’t finish food so I will order a burrito or a small sandwich. I couldn’t Finish the waffle one but it was still delicious. I can’t have too much caffeine, so I’m glad there’s options for decaf, which also sucks for me because they’re Red Bull infusion drinks are also phenomenal lol

Now the customer service is always fantastic. And They’re always quick with getting people in and out. Never messed up my order. They showed me I can order ahead on the app etc. There’s the lady on the speaker who’s the sweetest and The guy at the window (I don’t know names but every employee has been awesome.) I never liked Starbucks just a personal preference and usually go to Dunkin but it’s always out of my way no matter which one I got too even tho I like it. I’m glad this location in ooltewah was opened bc it’s convenient when I drop my son off at school at wolftever then have to go to work after it’s just...

Loved how nice the employees were today! ❤️ Super friendly guy at window. Food was yum and drink was perfect! Lemonade made as a fruit & ice and the maple waffle sandwich is the go to’s. Great location. 🙂💛🙏

Update: Scooters lost my faith in wanting to get drinks made by them today because they said they can’t make lemonades as fruit and ice when I’ve had multiple locations make them before, which means I have to go to starbucks if I want a double blended lemonade, so might as well get my blended coffees at starbucks too. Also the girl I asked for my drink lined with honey and then she gave it to me mixed so I couldn’t see how much there was on the cup and she said next time ask for it that way. I’m pretty sure I did ask for it that way. Definitely not a place to go to get your drink customized to your liking easily. Whatever happened to the customer always being right and catering to the customers wants as long as they pay for it? It’s too bad cause I do like their blenders, but if it is that hard to get it sweetened w honey how I want it then...

Hospital grade coffee and food. Star bucks and Dunkin' are better for the price, but if you don't have time this works (as long as you don't expect anything extra lol).

Update: The last couple of times I've gone, they will not make the sandwich the way I've asked (bacon double cooked) and I get the soggiest uncooked bacon. It's super gross and I have to re-cook my sandwich once I get to work. I know they can cook the sandwich the way I've asked, because they were doing it when they first opened. When I asked them about it last time I was there, they told me they couldn't do that because there wasn't a way to do it. Either the staff has become or been replaced by really lazy people or people unable to problem solve a simple problem.

Both Starbucks and Dunkin will double cook the bacon, without being difficult about it and they are both very conveniently also near my work so I'll be going there...
