Edit // November 16, 2021 My second visit. Still in love. My salmon wasn't quite as tasty as the first visit but still great.
Cactus Blossom.....worth the calories. Lol!
Our waitress, ALI, so amazing. Ask for ALI's section. She was very attentive and so polite. Huge smile! She then made my day [and wow I needed it] by telling my boyfriend that I was so cute and "keep her!!!!!".
I always leave a little note on the back of our bill if the service was worth another trip and I had to tell her she made my day. As someone who suppers w depression and body dysmorphia from years of eating disorders, a woman telling another that she is pretty is the ultimate good feeling another woman can have.
We will be asking for her section again. She's a gem.
Ali, if you ever see this...THANK YOU! My new favorite sit down restaurant for my salmon and shrimp.
I don't eat meat, so I honestly didn't have high hopes for good fish when this place is a STEAKhouse.
My expectations were destroyed and the food I had was out of this world. The grilled shrimp starter, seasoned to perfection. I only wish there were more than 5. I peeled the tail off and ate every piece of meat possible.
My salmon. I've eaten fish since I was a kid. I'm 37. This was the absolute best melt in your mouth fish I have EVER had. Perfectly seasoned. Flaked apart. Not even a tad bit dry. My eyes rolled to the back of my head with every bite.
My fresh vegetables were so/so. Carrots definitely needed more time being steamed. They were almost raw. Broccoli was good!
My green beans, would have been great but the was bacon in them. I love green beans so I was excited for them. I had to send them back because I don't eat meat so this was not possible. Our waitress replaced that with a salad for me and apologized for not telling me there was bacon.
I'm a Kansas kid, I love love love sweet tea. This was the BEST sweet tea besides homemade authentic sweet tea made by a farmers wife. Lol!
I just can't get over the salmon. If you were to put a piece on your tongue and pressed it to the roof of your mouth, it'd have melted. I've never had melt in your mouth fish.
Fish lovers, you won't be disappointed.
THEN what made my experience even better, on the way out I caught an award on the wall for WALK MS. I about cried. I HAVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS!!! For a business to get beind something like this, you win in my book.
Even though my beans were made with bacon, I wouldn't change a thing about my first experience here. I'm dying to go back.
The feeling in that place, I thought I had a favorite "feeling" restaurant until I opened the door to this place. Now I see why there is always a packed parking lot. Number 1 sit down in my fish...

One of the worst Texas Roadhouse Restaurant we have ever encountered and I have been to quite a few in different states.
We placed ourselves, a party of 4 on their waitlist. Walked up to hostess and gave our name after she said a 35 to 40 minute wait. She then apologized and found our waitlist and said 5 to 10 minutes. There was another couple waiting as well as a party of 3 and at the same time, they were called up to be seated. We stood for approximately 7 minutes before the host asked us, in a not to friendly tone, to wait outside and not crowd the area. (First off, we were the only ones left waiting as another group was outside). We exited only to be called back in less than a minute. (He was apologetic saying, "if I knew you were next, I wouldn't have sent you outside".)
Now seated, our server did arrive promptly and took our drink orders. We then ordered our meals. A few times our waitress had to repeat our order as she wasn't comprehending our request. As it turns out, couple items had to be returned and done correctly. (Steak was pink as we ordered well done. Another steak ordered was a sirloin and was given a different cut.
We asked for the manager as the waitress dropping off our meal was rude. Manager fixed our meal and food was okay. Not the same consistency, as I should know since I pretty much order the exact same meal every time.
Asked for the check. Of course we are hit with surprised upcharges. First of all, a drink menu shows items with no prices. No explanation on menu about adding flavor to a drink would incur an additional $1-$2 extra. Example: Raspberry Sangria Margarita, Hurricane. 2 drinks ordered off the menu exactly as described (see pictures). Where in description did it say additional $? 2 out of 4 of us cocktailed and bartended in Las Vegas and made/served cocktails way stronger/tastier and never added additional $.
Manager kept repeating herself on how there wasn't a price because of extra charges for flavor and so on. As she sounded more unsure of herself. We did ask for the Regional Managers Business card. She replied, "We don't have one".
We will definitely not be returning to this location and tell our coworkers as well.
Horrible customer service and...
Read moreThe only reason why I have one star was because I had too and the only good service that my husband and I received was when we first came in from the hostess that seated us. We are from Texas and this was the worst service that we have ever received from a Roadhouse. Jenna was our waitress . She really need to work on attentiveness to her customers. My husband ordered an alcohol beverage and she bought it to him about 20 min later. She said that she forgot about it. She brought out food to the table but gave us each others food, so we switched plates. We wanted to tell her about our steaks because they was almost burned and rubbery . we asked for medium well. Also, we asked her for Heinze 57 sauce she said okay and never returned, My husband had to get up from the table and go find someone near the kitchen to give us some. It was an awful experience. We was never asked how our food was nor refills. At that point it didn’t matter because hardly no one was around and she only had one table and that was us. She was ghost the entire time we was there. At the end she came to bring us the check and we was scared that we wasn’t going to get that . I asked for a to go cup before she went to get the ticket , she came back without it and I asked, where is my to go cup and she was like oh and went and got it. Then went to a table behind us and sit down and started talking to another female employee that was sitting down with cleaning products . No one was in our section. Usually I would ask to speak to a manager, but at that point it would not have helped and I was ready to go. Please train on attentiveness. I can see if she was busy with a lot of customers, but she was not. She was...
