I purchased a ring from MBJSOnline (run by Meir Bezner, also selling on Etsy and Instagram @mbjewelryservices). The ring was sent to an eBay authenticator, who confirmed it was underweight compared to what was advertised.

Instead of making it right, the seller sent me the failure notice from the authenticator, ignored my messages, and took no responsibility. When I attempted to repurchase the same ring, he canceled my order — and then quietly changed the listing to show a lower weight after the fact.

In my opinion, this is deceptive and unethical behavior. If the weight of a gold item is wrong, that’s not a small detail — it directly affects value. My experience shows this seller cannot be trusted to deliver what they advertise.
