Subway — Restaurant in Coloma

Ive been going to this coloma subway for the passed 3 years since i moved to coloma. Ive been using the 2 subs for 12.99$ on 2 subs every time i come in which is turkey sub and a spicy Italian. Ive only payed more then 15$ bucks with a 5$ tip cash everytime. But today i was told ur workers have been doing it wrong so me coming in expecting to pay 14$ bucks plus 5 dollar tip i left today i had to throw away the coupon and pay 26$ and still give a 5$ tip.. why use coupons or send them out if ur employees dont ask everytime someone comes in if they have a coupon?!? Because i could have told her i dont want my sub and start over since she is a manger and didnt ask if im using a coupon like every other subway i go to that has soup the employee asks.. very disappointed and will Not be coming back rather take my business to hartford where i get the right business i want💯✌️ plus ur manager dont know how to fold her subs under distress let alone ur only supposed to have certain amount of meat and ur manger gave me double meat that was supposed to cost more didnt charge me because she put on ham on my spice Italian when i didnt want it so i think the owner needs to retrain...

Two weeks ago I was there and the place was a mess. When I arrived both employees were outside smoking by the front door. I went in and had to wait for them to finish smoking before they helped me. They both put on gloves,neither washed their hands, and made my sandwiches. Fast forward to last night. The 1 girl working had the place immaculate. I mean it was perfect. She washed her hands, put on gloves and made my sandwiches quicker than the 2 guys did on my previous trip and I ordered the same thing. So I was ready to give 2 stars and a bad review, but thanks to the girl last night it's 4 stars. Could've been 5 if not for my previous experience.

Edit I just got back home from Coloma Subway. I will never be going back. Watervliet is just a short drive. So what happened to make me come to this decision? First the place was a mess again. Then they were out of alot of stuff, Italian herb and cheese bread, steak,oil and vinegar and the ice machine was not working. It's just not worth not being able to get what you want. I hope...

I got a simple sandwich and they made it wrong. Waste of money. I’m very displeased. I do not have the money to just be spending on take out like this. I decided I would treat myself today because I have been struggling mentally. Now I have neither the gas money to drive back out there nor the money to buy another sandwich. I’m so frustrated and upset, this is beyond ridiculous. You’re all grown people that are competent enough to make a SANDWICH, a VERY SIMPLE SANDWICH. You’re just neglectful of other people’s wants.
