Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

We enjoy their pizza 🍕. However, the last order it did not come after calling 2 times it finally came 2 hours later. I figured it's ok. Stuff happens. So we try them again. 🤔 once again, 2 hrs come around. I have called 2 times AGAIN and no food. The manager tells me it would be out soon as the driver comes back. Literally, another hour goes by. I by then had a vehicle soni drive up there to get a refund. My pizza was sitting waiting, and they had NO clue why it was not delivered. I was offered a credit of 60$ WHAT! I didn't want a credit. that was the 2nd time I had issues. I'm very nice tho and I accepted that offer and even took the 3-hour old pizza. ( I had hungry kids). So weeks go by. I remember I have my 60$ credit at Marcos. I call and order. This time, I said NO delivery I'll pick up. I Thinking all my issues were previous just around delivery. I ordered to go pick it up, get it home, and what would you guess. 2 out of the 3 pizzas I ordered wrong. I ordered extra onions, and I had NO onions. On the bbq pizza, they also put red pizza sauce on the base. I asked for NO red pizza sauce. I wanted just bbq on it. Well NOPE I get both red and bbq. So I believe I need to give up. I have now wasted 100s of dollars here for messed up food. The sad thing is this was never the issue b4. They have in past had good food and service. These last 3 months have either been a complete fluke thing where accidents happen or there people don't...

If I could rate service a negative I would. We ordered a pizza and apparently they use door dash for delivery. We were contacted an hour and a half later, 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery that our pizza had been stolen. I understand that it wasn't their fault so we asked for the order to be remade and delivered. Called back in another hour to find out that the order would be another 35 minutes before it got to us when the employee's initial answer was "it only takes a pizza 6 minutes in the oven". We order Marco's every Friday and the food is 9/10 spot on perfect with taste and temp being fresh. Whenever we order, the associate is always helpful and very professional and our order normally comes within the suggested 45 minute time as mentioned. With that being said, any one can have a bad day. Our order came about usual time but our 2 liter of soda was missing. I immediately called and explained that we were missing our soda and I was asked if I wanted it refunded or delivered. I asked to have it delivered and the person so okay. 35 minutes later.....I'll say again, 35 minutes later my soda arrives. This is unacceptable. And to think I tipped before receiving my order and this is the result?...
