I made a HUGE error (attempting to change Windows registry) resulting in BSOD (blue screen of death) and was unsuccessful at restoring my PC. Took it here and within a few hours was informed that, despite his best efforts, the only fix was to restore from scratch. Work was done, at a VERY REASONABLE price and PC was restored to its initial state. Thankfully, I had all of my files backed up to Microsoft OneDrive and so, was able to restore all files and programs within 2 days.

Awesome store, awesome owner. Purchased a monitor and some peripherals for a very fair price. The owner was able to swap out the stand for one that worked better for my needs - with one that allowed me to use the monitor oriented in portrait mode. Ended up walking out with a different cable than I needed (was given a VGA cable, which the monitor supports, but my graphics card doesn't), however, was able to come back the next day and swap it for a compatible one (a DVI cable).

My son needed a computer because he is going back to school. The old one I have was way to slow and would not keep up the classes he is taking. I wasn't sure what he wanted / needed.
