I will never in my life go to this Pizza Hut ever again in my life. Not only will I ever go to this pizza hut I will also tell my friends and family to not visit this establishment. The first incident that I was unhappy with but I blew off was on June 6th I ordered 2 pzones that were so raw on the inside that I could move the dough around with my finger & I was fine when they simply cooked me another one the next day. This however, is another incident that really made me feel like I was a liar and not worthy enough to be a Pizza Hut employee. I ordered a huge order that I split into 2 orders. One was made online that was 1 order of 22 Buffalo wings and because it would not let me do an order back to back online I called it in. The 2nd order was 2 orders of 22 buffalo wing & 1 order of 14 honey BBQ, when I received the orders I received all of the boneless & only the order of 14 was Buffalo wings not BBQ. I called them as soon as my mother got home & told them that my order was wrong and I was told that I would have a credit and to come get it next week. I called them today (6/27/2012) to get my order redeemed and I was told there was no credit on file so I told her the story and she said she will give me a $20 credit. I told her that I wanted what I paid for which was the order listed above. The wings were thrown in the trash because they were dry & tasted like crap. The lady, who was the manager, threatened to hang the phone up on me & got smart with me and put someone else on the phone. That’s when I started talking to Collin, I told him the story and he fixed my order until he put me on hold, when he came back he told me that it was weird that my food had been messed up so much & there was no proof. I told him that I asked if I had 2 bring my food back up here on both occasions & was told no. I was basically called a liar because they said there was no way that my food was messed up so close together. I was then put on speaker phone and was in an argue match with the lady manager that was on the phone previously. They said because I did 1 online I messed that 1 up & I told them that was fine since it was my fault that I would be fine if they did not replace that but I wanted all of my others replaced. They then went on saying that my food couldn’t have been messed up so closely like it was and still insinuating that I was a liar, the way I was treated I will never spend a dime at that establishment & neither will my family or anyone that I plan on telling, because CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most important of...
Read moreI went in to pay, I did not mind waiting because I new my pizza wouldn't be ready. The lady at the cashier register asked me for my receipt I gave it to her. She said my pizza isn't ready. I told her I knew that because it's on the screen. I just wanted to let her know I was there. So I go outside wait and then go back in when it was close to being done. Same lady asked for my receipt. I said I just showed it to you. She said I know but I still have to see it. I go back out to car come back in only for her to tell me that it's not ready. I said how would you know if you told me to go outside. she said nothing. At that point I was very mad. I said why did you make me go to my car for receipt. only to tell me it wasn't ready. By that time, someone from the back, asked me the problem. I told her. My pizza was ready, it just hadn't been cut. She cut it I was on my way. Seems to me the person at the register did not have her stuff together. Read moreI did an online order for the Large Meatlover’s pizza special with added onions and green peppers with the pan crust, which cost extra. When I arrived home that was 25mins away, I realized that it was the hand tossed crust(which I don’t like) and the crust was a very very light color. Super strange being that I asked them to cook a couple minutes longer to get rid of that uncooked dough taste. Not the normal pizza at all! Totally disappointed! Called back to the store and was told that the cook was new and I could bring the whole pizza back with the receipt and they would remake it. I live 25mins away and stopped by after work, so the last thing I wanted to do was to go back out to exchange a nasty pizza! Only thing that I got was, I’m sorry.!No other resolution for this. I will never go back to this location. I chose this location, bypassing the Chester location where I was because I received good pizza in the past.
