7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

When 7brew opened, we were so excited! The drinks are great, and there is a huge variety. We have visited probably 20 times since they opened.

Last Friday, there was a longer wait due to one of their machines not working properly. Out of nowhere, we were given a free drink coupon on the back of a sticker, and the lovely worker said that we could come back and use it anytime due to the wait we experienced.

Today, we came back, got 2 drinks, and we tried to utilize the free drink coupon given to us. Immediately, this different worker stated that we couldn’t use this, because it didn’t look like their free drink coupons. She insinuated that we had forged this for a free beverage. She went to her manager, and her manager also stated that it was fake. We were also asked what the person looked like that had given this to us, and we did not completely remember due to it being several days ago. They refused to take the coupon, and they again insinuated that this was forged.

We still paid for both drinks and went on our way, no problem at all. My problem with the whole experience was the way we were spoken to, and how it was continuously insinuated that we had forged this free drink coupon. When we drove away, we actually recognized the person making the drinks…as the person that gave us the free drink coupon. We had a lighthearted laugh about it while driving away.

Definitely continue to go here for the drinks, but if anyone else got one of those free drink coupons last Friday, know that it will not work, and you may be accused of forging it.

I was originally going to go to Dutch Bros, but I tried this place out because it was on the corner that I’d have to U-turn for Dutch Bros.

I went in and I had my service dog and my Chihuahua with me in the car, waited for about five minutes for them to take my order which wasn’t a problem. I wasn’t in a rush.

Then a woman came out to take my order and my dog was barking so I went to go deal with it. She sat and giggled at it, so I thought there wasn’t a problem and I tried to order an Ocean breeze.The staff member who took my order, proceeded to almost talk over their own words.

So I asked if they could explain what they were saying, and they proceeded talk like I was dumb? The change in tone and the way that she was speaking to me, was so clear that it made me very uncomfortable. I wanted to just pay and leave at that point so I go up to the window where they’re supposed to serve the drink.

And the second server that was in there didn’t even know what my order was

Used to love coming here but after the last couple times I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's been two times where I go around 30 mins to a hr before closing and each time I had a horrible experience. The first time, there was no line so we pulled up to the window and the employees looked over and visibly seemed annoyed. Once one came to take our order you could hear just how bothered she was. We paid and left a $2 tip as we always do. And when the employee went back to help the other with our drinks, I heard the one who took our order say something along the lines of "show up late and leaves a bad tip." Then they both laughed. I would understand the frustration they had if we had shown up 5-10 mins before closing but this was literally 30 mins before. We thought maybe they were just having a bad day and decided to go back a week later. This time we went an hr before closing time and the same employee who took our order before was there and, yet again, looked very annoyed. Her attitude towards us while we ordered was so rude.
