Burger King — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I would say poor at any reason We ordered at the window and we're met by a young man. Who we explained our order twice.We were not allowed inside and to sit the tables on the east side. A person in the drive thru placed their order after us and was served before us. Our food was brought to us in a paper sack without our drinks, and when asked, he stated he forgot. No extra condiments nor The food was not warm. The fries were covered with salt. Our drinks arrived and dropped on the table. We ate our meal and asked if we could use the restroom. In opening the east door, a person stated the restroom was still under construction.He acted rudely and unprofessional and directed us to their neighboring business to ask. This restroom is part of any restaurant operation and was locked. Customers are the bread and butter of any organization and this needs to be addressed by the regional management team. Our kids like Burger King so we decided to swing by for drive through at this new location. They did not allow us to switch out the kids meal toys for cookies (like at the BK on Interquest) so I had to buy the cookies separately. They were completely inedible. So hard, the kids couldn’t even break them into pieces with their hands. They didn’t give the kids crowns with their kids meals, which was really a shame because they love the crowns. My chicken was old and cold on my sandwich. They were playing loud rap music when I pulled up to pay. They made me drive up and wait, which is totally fine if they’re making fresh food, but there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot or the drive thru and then they brought out old, inedible food anyway. Drive thru only. Extremely slow service. Fries are never actually filled (other reviews have shown the same thing). Roommate went to get food for lunch while I was still working, they would not allow her to use 2 coupons that we got in the mail because they claim it's only one per car. What if you have a group of people all order and paying for their own food, you are really going to deny them using their coupons? Not cool. This location is still pretty new, but is obviously going to be a repeat of the old one on North Academy that they demolished and put up a bank...
