My wife and I went to dinner and decided to treat ourselves to some ice cream. I had seen this place on Instagram and thought rolled ice cream might be interesting on a July evening. The staff was young but polite and courteous. I had scene previous videos of the process but to see the staff make the ice cream first hand was very interesting. Especially watching them build a smores ice cream for another customer. They used a cooking torch to crisp and warm the marshmallow prior to adding cream and massaging it to a flat surface and rolling it to mini perfection! My strawberry sensation and my wife’s mint (Don’t recall the name but she loved it!) were both fantastic! Great on both accounts. I would highly recommend going to check it out. I hope they sell items with their logo. It’s pretty cool!

I love ice cream. At seventy two I consider myself an ice cream snob. This amazing concoction was extraordinarily delicious and from its texture standpoint amazing. The price point is high and I can't see someone taking a large family there frequently. That said it will definitely be on my list of something.I treat myself to occasionally just because it's so good.

This was a great stop for delicious ice cream. Tables outside and inside, both areas very clean as well as the bathrooms. The ice cream is creamy and the add ins are delicious. Friendly staff that explained the process of the ice cream process. Lots of people eating ice cream here and everyone had a smile on their face. I will definitely be back again!

The rolled ice cream is so smooth and creamy. My friend got the banana split, and I got a roll your own with Himalayan pink salt, and coconut. The banana split had a very forward but not overpowering fresh banana taste. I usually hate banana flavored things but this rolled ice cream used real bananas and this was the first dessert with banana I actually liked. The chocolate syrup on top wasn't overdone and added a needed contrast to the delicate banana flavor. My Ice cream had the perfect amount of salt and coconut, the coconut shreds werent too chews or dry. I highly recommend this flavor combination. I think the store could benefit from clear guidance for new customers, something like a step-by-step process (e.g., ‘Start here,’ ‘Step 2,’ ‘Pick up here’) to help them navigate the store more easily. The store could also benefit from the addition of acoustic absorption panels on the walls. Not only would they help reduce ambient noise and improve the overall acoustic comfort for customers, but they could also add visual depth and texture to the space, enhancing the aesthetic appeal. Overall This place is wonderful and they were still in their soft opening phase when I visited. I'm sure my later 2 comments will be smoothed out by the time others are reading...

Mb’s Something Sweet is hands-down one of the best rolled ice cream spots I’ve ever visited! The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming vibe and the smell of pure dessert heaven. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely excited about what they do—and it shows in every cup they roll.

The menu has something for everyone—from classic favorites to creative, over-the-top combinations. I ordered the funky monkey and it was creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Watching them roll the ice cream right in front of you is not only fun but makes you appreciate the craftsmanship behind it.

Portions are generous, toppings are fresh, and the presentation is Instagram-worthy every time. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Mb’s Something Sweet is a must-visit dessert destination. You’ll leave happy, full, and probably already planning your next...
