The facility is fabulous and would normally be 5 stars. However, the experience has much to be desired which is why the 3 star rating.
We signed in and were told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait. It turned into an hour and a half wait time. We were a group and had tried to make a reservation 7 to 10 days prior but for some reason were unable to. We needed 2 separate phone numbers, one for each bay, so we were not able to sign up together for bays. Even though we signed up for bays at the exact same time, the first name for our group was given a bay in about 45 minutes but the other group took another 45 minutes to be assigned a bay -- and it was on another floor and not even close to the first one assigned.
Other than the ROE for the facility, no instructions were given even after answering the query about the experience level of the players. For instance, how to hold a club or how to hit the ball effectively would have been useful.
As to the registration, while wating for an hour and a half, the information could have been put into the system for each player. This time was not utilized effectively. In addition, the requirement for each individual email and birthday is asking for too much info. We declined to answer the b-day question but were forced to put in the email addys.
After playing for a while, the balls stopped coming out of the machine. Everyone tried to get the machine to operate but to no avail. An attendant was flagged to assist. It was pointed out that on one of the three monitors -- not the one the parents could see -- was a message asking if we wanted to extend the time. Once the question was answered, a ball was given. However, 4 minutes had ticked off the playing clock! 4 minutes we paid for but didn' get to play.
It would be preferred to have the ability to pay cash versus everything being placed on a credit card. Being there with teens, each ordering food, they should be afforded the opportunity to pay for food separately.

Plz let me share some of my thoughts...first of all this was at night after a nice rain storm so keep that in mind the fans were on and blowing very hard cold air. I went to top golf to join my son and his friends for his birthday outing. When I got there I asked his mother how do I order and she said she had no clue and that I had to chase a staff member down to be able to order any food which I truly thought was literally crazy and unprofessionally pleasant and then I ended up ordering a order of tater tots and mini corn dogs the staff member asked for my debt card right off the bat and I was like that is completely crazy and kind of rude especially because I didn't order anything he ran the credit card gave it back to me and then also brought me my food and keep this in mind still the fans were still on blowing hard cold air pointing on the table that I was eating on like I would love to really meet that genius 80,000dollar engineer that thought about that idea that is not having any common sense. Plz listen to this very carefully I have over 30,000followers on Google Maps reviews and Im not kidding about that I don't want nothing from top golf I'm not out looking to shake you guys down for a deal or anything like that I really don't want anything from you guys the only thing that I want you to do is to implement the changes instead of talk about the the very sorrys instead match the action to your words and fix them I would have stayed longer but I was truly freezing and I couldn't take the ice cold air and since I'm on oxygen and type 2 diabetic it's really not smart to not at least check on me and my family and instead we had to chase your employees down what a horrible experience and I spent like 16bucks including a $3.00tip I promise you all this I usually would have spent way more but the service and quality wasn't even on point! Read moreWe go to the Top golf in Denver very often me and my family actually went 3 times this month My sister lives down in colorado springs so we decided to meet her at this location We where greeted by a very friendly gentleman at door which was great I'm assuming he was a manager We got to our bay greeted by a friendly gal to assist and help with set up Which I have had experience IN Denver location This is where it went wrong Our server came took drink order we ordered appetizer Are drinks and appetizer came and never seen our server again We got bay for an hour and half we where planning on ordering more food and possibly another drink My kids drank there soda never came back to ask if they wanted another We ordered chips and queso So you can imagine they wanted more to drink Finally after not being able to order more food to lack of service and our server not returning to check on us BY the way never has this happened at the other location I decided to go to bar for refills As I was getting our refills I finally seen our server in bar area on his phone And when our time was up he finally came over and asked if we needed anything at this point I was very irritated and disappointed Didn't want to make a scene in front of my kids or my sister But when he approached I said oh Hi.. Where fine we only wanted to order more more food and refill on drinks Never apologized just got very rude and offensive THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! THE WORST SERVICE AT TOP GOLF I HAVE EVER HAD!!
