Cleats Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Went for karaoke. Asked about any drinks specials and was told its a dollar off after 11pm. Cool. Went up at 11 pm and didnt get the discount. Was just given attitude about it and nothing solved at all. Then a little later, one of the bartenders passed our table and made a rude comment about me asking for my dollar off! I got attitude the rest of the night from both bartenders!! Never coming back here. Worst service I have had in Colorado! Atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. Customers AND staff did not chat with any new customers to make thwm feel welcome, only regulars. The karaoke crew gets 4 stars though! Pleasant and kind, just too quiet.

Horrible experience. Will never come back to this bar & Grill. Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Male, under 6 foot, dark hair... If I was the own of this establishment, he would be looking for employment elsewhere. Received a completely different meal order and when I asked to speak with the manager, this guy came out, dressed in dark blue jeans and a t-shirt, referred to himself as the manager, and said I was wrong with my order and there was nothing they could do about it. He then continued on in an ill-tempered manner and told me if I had a problem with the order, there are dozens of other places I could go instead. Very casual locals style sports bar with large seating area, lots of TVs and fast friendly service. This is a great place to grab a beer at the bar or meet friends for a game. I've only had the appetizers so far and they were tasty and served fast and hot. The price of drinks is a little on high side but not out of line for the area. This is a very friendly pub so if you are new to the area this is a great place to make your new hang out bar. The bartenders are extremely friendly and you feel life you've made a good friend after one visit. I have not been there for the music on the weekends but the line up looked great so I will be back to see how this...
