Crumbl — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I went in for an order and I don’t usually post or review anything but I pre-ordered and the order wasn’t correct although one employee did assist with that and was truly helpful another employee did not even blink an eye at me. I waited there for 10 minutes just trying to get someone to come up to the counter in the counter person blatantly ignored me three times until another employee (the one that helped me with my order and put it together). There were 6 employees in total and I can understand everyone gets busy but to ignore a customer, not have an order ready for pick up and then get wrong just seems unacceptable. Having great customer service goes along way. I hope you guys can take this and turn it around because I’m willing to go back as it is a close location but I’m not willing to put up...

Terrible experience with DEREK he was very unprofessional I would never go back to this location again as he was cleaning with the same gloves he was making cookies with 🤢 he also shamed us for having multiple orders for one car (we have a newborn we didn’t want to get out so we did curbside) he didn’t bother to open the box to show us our cookies like all locations normally do so we could make sure they were correct and we know why because he didn’t even put icing or the correct toppings on our cookies!! When we called to complain it was him on the phone and he proceeded to say he didn’t show us the cookies because we had a “screaming baby” ZERO out of 5 stars I would never recommend...

Derek is an awful employee. His customer service SUCKS. He didn’t frost our cookies and when we went back in to get them fixed he complained that we had too many orders for one car. We called today to speak to a manager and he at first lied and said he was a different manager than the one that messed up last night. then went on to tell me he actually was the guy who messed up my order. he then called me a weirdo and hung up on my face. This location seems to not have many employees so he works alone at night. he was mopping the floors and cleaning with the same gloves he was using to make cookies for other customers as they came in. will never come back to this location and i hope...
