Beware of Coke Machine!
First I must say the staff up front were great and made great sandwiches for my family.
The "General Manager" on the other hand could use some guidance on how to retain customers.
Long story short: The coke machine sprayed orange syrup straight on to my pants, instantly ruining them. When I approached the staff they immediately went to the supervisor in the back to see what could be done. The supervisor directed them to have me call the number on the receipt to speak to the GM. When I went to the receipt it only had 9 digits...phone numbers in the USA are 10. So this is red flag number 2 (first was refusing to come handle the situation herself). Now I ask for the real number. The staff go back to the supervisor to ask for the full number of the GM. This is when the supervisor comes out and introduces herself as the General Manager. This GM then goes on to tell me that this machine does it all the time and that I need to take my complaint up with Coca-Cola as it's their machine not Firehouses, directing me to the number on the side of the machine... This is probably true. But it's in her store and her responsibility to clean. Ensuring syrup doesn't dry and subsequently squirt in any direction but down.
All this to say, she said it's my problem not hers. This is review right here is an example as to why it is her problem. I truly believe no person in the store was to blame for the accident. It happens. But a little sympathy and ownership of the problem from the "face" of the business would have prevented a review and...
Read moreFirst of all, the gentleman who gave us our food was very short and rude. Told us that this was our food in the bag and trusted him, which was my mistake. I drove all the way home only to find out that we were given someone else’s completely different order. So I drive all the way back, and they weren’t even empathetic. The pink haired woman I spoke to you was short and didn’t even try to offer free chips, a drink, to try and appease the situation. All she told me was to wait to the side and they’ll remake it. Then I heard her coworkers running their mouth that someone else must’ve taken our food with the attitude of “I don’t want to make it again this isn’t our fault”. My order in the pink haired woman said “well, I don’t care just get it out to her.” Awful service. When they finally remake my food, and I checked the bag this time, they didn’t even give me my extra pickles. So I had to go back up and ask for the pickles to watch the curly hair gentleman acted like it was such a chore. I don’t know what happened at this location, but my customer service experience here have been awful and this just put the icing...
Read moreLet me tell you first, that I have never been to any of the Firehouse Subs locations before today. With that said, let me tell you about these subs.
This sub changed my life. That first bite, oh my goodness, was just the most joyful thing I have ever tasted. The bun, so warm and soft, like a blanket for my sandwich warm out if the dryer; the bacon, so crunchy and full of flavor; the cheese, melted to creamy perfection; the turkey and ham, so deliciously juicy and oh just the right amount; the lettuce, so full of life; and the diced pickles, so playfully crunchy. This sub is heavenly.
This sub showed my taste buds just what a sub should be. This sub restored my faith in humanity and love. This sub, oh this sub, showed me just what I have been missing my whole life. This is everything I could ever ask for in a sub. No other sub can compare to this sub.
Because of this sub, I have made the decision to leave my husband for a fireman.
Thank you Firehouse Subs, for changing my life...
