Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo sauce on a Sunday night. When we sat down to eat, one slice was taken before we realized there was no buffalo sauce on the pizza whatsoever. It completely ruined the flavor without the buffalo sauce (way too creamy) so no one else took a slice. I called back the next morning to inform them, and was greeted with a “manager” who said the best she could do was offer a $5 credit. I said the pizza was not eaten, was made incorrectly, why would they only refund a third of the price I paid? I even still have the pizza to prove it was made incorrectly, why would I get any less than a refund? This “manager” then said it’s their policy not to refund, and that they could only provide a store credit. I asked how it made sense that they would hold onto my money after they incorrectly made a pizza, and she said that’s their policy.
I said I know how POS systems work and I know they can refund my money to which she replied she would be ending the call for foul language? WHAT?!? I hadn’t used any foul language and was just trying to get a refund for the pizza they made incorrectly. I asked for the supervisors name so I could call back and speak with him, to which she refused to answer? I asked her what her name was so I could reference this call going forward, which she refused that as well. In her words, she was “not going to give me that information”. How is anyone supposed to take accountability!?!

Read moreThis location has always been awesome, but recently it's very hit or miss. The last pie I ordered here was undercooked and sloppy, I literally couldn't eat it. I went to order again tonight, because this is my go to pizza place, and wow. It appears they upped their delivery charge because with a 15% tip my pizza (with a coupon, as well) was going to cost almost 25 dollars to get delivered. For a large. By itself. 25 dollars for a large pizza to be delivered, you know what pizza you can get in the Springs for around 25 dollars with delivery? Fat Sully's. Joey's. Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen. And all of those? Extra large authentic New York style.
There was also a meal deal on the index page of the website, the perfect combo deal. It's a national promotion, 19.99 for 2 medium one topping pies, a 2 liter, 16 piece bread bites, and an 8 piece cinnamon stick. Great deal right? Nope, not at this location. Invalid promo code, the franchise owner blocked their best national promotion. Guys, let's be clear here. This is Dominos, this is a generic national chain. Mediocre, reliable (well, less, recently) and CHEAP. I ended up getting blackjack which was a full 7 dollars less for the exact same pie. 7. DOLLARS.
Guess that's the end of Domino's for me. This was a decent 18-20 dollar pizza. Now it's a badly made 25...
Read moreThis place and Martin the ‘manager’ are very rude and impolite when their employees cant even inform customers of what is on a mix n match menu correctly. Neglected to honor the coupon though it clearly states the deal for THiS store online. Martin refused to take a call until I told the person answering my entire concern front to back, refused to honor the coupon but admitted his employees made a mistake when placing the order. Furthermore he neglected to apply my points to my acct because his cashier didnt honor the phone number when my husband tried to give it to him. Martin also made me reiterate 8x what had happened because he is too rude to listen the 1st 7x. He snickered when I mentioned I was reporting him to corporate. Yeah dodge these rude folks like the plague! Oh and we have been sitting out here waiting for the curbside order we place for 20 mins so the promised 11 minute curbside pickup time gl with that! We ordered a cheese pizza and 2 chickens. Ummm for an supposed 11 min order they sure are slow. He offered 0 apologies and was rude. Its hard times many people would gladly take this mans job! Martin has no business in customer service! At least not till he learns at...
