Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Came here for a sweet treat with my boyfriend after dinner and was so excited to try it! There were so many options that looked good it was hard to pick at first. They also have a lot more ice cream options than expected.

I chose the brookie because a brownie and a cookie sounded so good. The vanilla ice cream on top of the warm brookie was so perfect. They have all the cookies and brownies in a warmer, so they are ready for you, or they are making them. Mine was alitte hard, so either it had been sitting in the warmer or over cooked. But it still tasted very good, I ate every bit. We also bought a small bottle of milk to drink while we ate the cookies, so it was satisfying.

As a Miami resident who is now living here, West and how he presented the business is truly one for the books. Broke down the products and even gave us a chart of what’s inside the cookies to make sure it meets allergen needs. Very much gonna be coming here every other day. I used to come to one of these in Miami and now I’m installing the app, and enjoying the perks.

I enjoyed the clean store and atmosphere I definitely see this company expanding in Colorado Springs.

Never had been before Was greeted, with a hello, and looked over the menu, with the young lady standing in front of us the whole time, she never asked to explain anything, which ok i guess, however when we said I'm ready to order she promptly told us to go stand in the only NOW formed line. The 3 adults myself being one all decided to have nothing and not to get the dozen originals or the half dozen special or whatever they were called, had to get the 8 year old her ice cream and cookie still as I did not want to disappoint her, even though I was already disappointed.
