App makes ordering my occasional Dominos order easy when the late night munchies hit and don’t feel like going out. Usually arrives within 25-30 mins and the quality is “Dominos”. I like that you can order large 2Ltr beverages and extras. Had a few “meh” (undercooked) pies on the very rare occasion plus it’s not a gourmet pizza. But for $5.99/ea it’s a decent deal. Don’t like the added delivery charge added when gas ⛽️ prices shot up years ago. Just like the airlines, they tacked that “fee” on then never removed it once petrol prices dropped back to normal - but such is life. Still beats going out in 0*F weather late at night or for a football game etc. Giving it 4 Stars ⭐️ for ease of ordering and the amazing ability to track my order with the App from their oven to my doorstep. There are better pizzas out there (and far worse) but all my orders and CC info is saved on the app - and most orders are decent and tasty plus the staff (that delivers) has always been kind and nice. I do this maybe 5-6 times a year ... so till they give me a reason not to use them, they get 4 Stars. If they did true deep dish or upped the quality of their pizzas (my total order averages $35 for 4 ppl) then add in drivers tip - we’d obviously get a better meal and experience at a sit down restaurant as this to me is “fast food” and nothing near say Uno’s or Chicago deep dish type pizza restaurants at that same price. But you’re paying for consistency and convenience. Once they up the quality of their pizzas to sit down true Italian restaurant style pizzas, then I’ll give them 5 Stars. Man I’ve been eating Dominos since college 15+ years ago - and is pretty much the same ... plus 4 Stars is a good rating. Our local store is great and friendly. Good...
Read moreStaying at the local Best Western and decided to place an order. 2 pastas, 2 pizzas. Called back to ask for extra silverware as we are in a hotel, Chris couldn't find our order. Not by number, name, total, address...nothing. Finally found the order after 10 minutes and again asked that we be given extra silverware. Chris then wanted to know why, and remind us that the order comes with silverware. Yes, thank you, we are aware of that, we would like ADDITIONAL silverware. Asked for his name, he refused to give it to me, asked three times for his name then asked to speak to the manager. Explained to the manager all we need is extra silverware, he assured us he would get it into the order, easy right? HAHA Nope, order arrives without extras. Driver says no one told him a thing. We call back, manager is busy now and can't talk, we advised the order was incorrect AND missing silverware we asked for. Only answer was how do you want us to fix this? Will not be ordering from here again. This isn't rocket science guys. And you want 15$ an hour? ? As soon as a customer says they are in a hotel, you should be adding silverware, plates,...
Read moreJust ordered Delivery. They kind of shot themselves in the foot. The website has a step counter whenever you order from them, so it will tell you when your items are being made, boxed, sent for delivery. This store is about a 3-4 minute drive from my house. According to the website, it took my driver 25 minutes to get to my house. When he got here, my pizza was stone cold. Since I ordered a thin crust pizza, this truly ruined the entire meal and I literally threw it away, complete waste of money, and currently waiting for corporate to call me back. So thats fine, atleast I get some soda and bread sticks, right? Well there is a little truth to that. My bread sticks are completely well done (I didnt request this) it has a very burnt flavor and is rock hard as if it was left in the oven (or microwave) too long. They also did not include the marinara I ordered with it. So, I just paid $20.00+ for a 2 liter of soda. Never giving this place my...
