I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:15am and arrived at 10:30am to this location. I was told I wouldn't get my food because "breakfast is over at 10:30". They already took my money on the app and I pre-ordered it so I wouldn't miss the breakfast. Then when I asked if they could fulfill my order (that was already paid for before 10:30am) they said they would do it. Then, (after getting my receipt) at the second window I was met by Audrey, who told me with sarcasm "all the breakfast food is gone", and when I confronted her on her ridiculous statement and disrespectful attitude towards me she cocked her hips and rolled her eyes at me like a child and gave me more attitude. I asked to talk to the manager, and instead of the manager coming to talk to me they just shoved a bag with the sandwiches at me and closed the glass door. I've worked in the service industry before, and I know it can be difficult to deal with people at times, but I know that if I ever treated a customer that way I would've been fired, and I hold my own employees to a higher standard as well. Read moreWe went through the drive-thru this morning at about 6:50am. When we got to the second window she said "you have the order with 2 oatmeals" and I kindly said "no". She then said "did you use the mobile code" and I responded "yes". She then proceeded to tell me "you said you wanted the 2 oatmeals"- pretty nasty speaking to me. I told her "no" again and said "we had 2 sausage mcmuffins without egg", as she's rolling her eyes back at me, she got very nasty in her voice and says "2 Sausage and egg mcmuffins, 2 sprites etc..." I kindly replied back to her and said "no eggs". She snapped back at me and said. "That's what I said". I ended up telling her she didn't need to be rude. My kids were in the car with me and it wasn't my fault that she kept ringing up the wrong thing even though I had repeated it 3x at that point. She then proceeded to slam the window. You don't treat people that way, especially when your customer is just trying to be sure they get the correct order. Read moreI'm so disgusted with the service we got tonight. We went through the drive thru. Had 2 med frappees and 1 small. It was taking forever then they asked us to go the last window..about 10 mins went by and no drinks so I went inside. The boy at the window said "sorry we dropped them" and I could see stuff by the drive thru window, kept waiting then another girl walked by and said "sorry our machine wasn't working, they should be ready soon" then another boy came up and said he brought the drinks out to the car where my sister was. They forgot our sprite so he had to give me that then go to the car and she said they didn't even put them in a carrier, so I'm trying to hold all 4 drinks. Then get home to see they are ALL small frappees and 2 of them were medium that I already paid for..I want my money back.
