Ordered inside facility. Thought weâd eat it there. After a 15min wait and enduring their seating and noise, we changed course and when requested it to go instead. Upon getting home and unwrapping we discovered: Mustard on a small Italian sub with the toughest sourdough bread ever! No lettuce or onions as depicted in their menu photos. Thatâs just for starters. 6-inch Gluten free vegetable wrap turned out to be on the same toughest ever sourdough sub-type bread-no gluten free wrap. There was also no vegan sauce choices for this vegetable sandwich. Mayo, mustard or oil and vinegar are the offerings. Why bother to have a vegetable sandwich offering on the menu if it is not to be offered with a tasty but still vegetable based binder! My sandwich was dry and flavorless. I added lots more guac when I got home and discovered all this. Never going back. While in the restaurant, waiting for our order, we listened to a timer go off every few minutes that truly sounded like 4 loud beeps from a smoke alarm. The chairs are wood with no contouring for derrieres! Hard as a brick to sit on for even 10 minutes unless oneâs backside is perhaps very ample! Again will never go back. Their bread will really make you chew your food 50 chews before swallowing-maybe the only sort-of good thing about the entire experience. $41.00+ spent on two small, horrible sandwiches and a bowl of clam chowder. The clam chowder was okay but nothing really special. It reminded my husband of canned clam chowder. We included a 20% tip. Service was friendly other than the way overworked person at the order counter. I could relate to her demeanor. She needed another person taking orders! So of course there was quite a long order line. This place needs to really up itâs game in...

The much-anticipated grand opening of Sourdough Co didnât disappoint. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this place is a bread lover's dream.
Ambiance: The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a rustic yet modern interior that instantly made me feel at home. The aroma of freshly baked bread wafting through the air was irresistible, setting the perfect tone for the experience.
Service: Despite it being their first day, the staff was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. There was a palpable energy in the air, with everyone eager to showcase what Sourdough Co has to offer. The service was prompt, and even though the place was buzzing with excited customers, everything ran smoothly.
The Bread: Now, letâs talk about the star of the showâthe sourdough. Sourdough Co has clearly mastered the art of sourdough baking. The bread was the perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The tangy flavor that defines sourdough was spot on, and the variety of loaves available was impressive. From classic sourdough to creative variations like olive and rosemary, there was something for everyone.
Additional Offerings: Beyond just bread, Sourdough Co also offers a selection of sandwiches, pastries, and even some local artisanal products. I sampled a few of their pastries, and they were just as delightful as the bread. The coffee, sourced from a local roaster, was a perfect complement to the baked goods.
Overall Experience: Sourdough Co has made a strong first impression with its grand opening. Itâs clear that theyâre passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of...
Read moreQuaint sandwich shop with very pleasant staff who are eager to please. The atmosphere and location is nice. The food selections are balanced and I really liked the bread. The sandwich was very loaded with deli meat and toppings so I really felt I got value. Very full bodied and I probably can skip dinner now đ. I did take out and the wait after ordering was within normal ranges. My wife had the "Crispy Chunky Chicken" and I had the "Italian" both 6 inches. We both enjoyed our sandwiches however if I order the Italian again "as is" I would only dine in as my only complaint is that with the oil and other juicy toppings, by the time I got home it was very soggy. While this did allow for the flavors to soak in, it was a fairly messy to eat sandwich but it still tastes great! I am looking forward to trying other sandwiches and my wife really loved hers as well. I also tried the clam chowder that came with a piece of sourdough bread and I thought it also tasted good. I really liked the bread. Very fresh. Overall it's a good place. They are just in their first week so I plan to try again in a few weeks after they...
