I am sad to review this last experience. I called ahead of time not knowing that when the stylist said she could work me in-between appointments would be a much longer wait than I anticipated. While waiting there was lots of conversation and very personalized interaction. However, two ladies on the floor, one finishes two cuts and the other only one, then converses with the other for a lunch break. Between a stylist and a customer, an outward conversation of the details of a previous employee who was no longer there, was being disclosing very personal information as to why she wasn't there and actions taken as far as calling police for her well-being. These conversations are inappropriate for me as a customer changing salons for a single excellent haircut. My assumption is the person who cut my hair last is the person they're talking about and whom I was willing to wait for. My bad, won't be back and mainly because one of the stylists tried arguing with me when I told her I don't want to be on the list and said that's why I called before hand. My decision to come from Canon City for this cut was a poor decision on my part. When the shop had customers waiting for awhile, the lunch seemed as if they weren't sensitive to the fact I was waiting already for a long time. I guess the last thing I wanted to say about this experience is, the haircut that took the longest, didn't look very good and it made me want to try the other stylist until she was not respectful of my decision to go off the list. She would have had a loyal customer had she shared the wait time and offered empathy to the fact I didn't have to wait the time I did and offer assurance I'd be next or it would be soon to receive service. I wanted a haircut initially and then was going to ask for eyebrow wax alongside a product purchase. Instead, I will not visit again and go back where I was...
Read moreArrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. Handwritten sign on the door said they were cash only. I walked next door to king soopers, their ATM was out of order. I had to drive around to find other ATMs in the vicinity. There were none. So I had to drive down around the area searching for an ATM. I called to tell them I was running late because I couldn't find an ATM. They gave away my appointment because I was 10 minutes past my time, I find this ironic because Supercuts says on their website that there may be a wait after your appointment time. Apparently it's fine for them to make me wait, but I only have a ten minute window to make accommodations for their system malfunctioning.
I have a job interview tomorrow that is being directly affected by this. I was EARLY for my appointment and this Supercuts made their inability to take credit cards MY problem. Then refused an appointment that I had waited for. There are proactive ways to approach this problem when a system fails and your customers may be inconvenienced, but instead I had to figure it out. This Supercuts completely wasted my time and had me frantically searching for an ATM because of an issue on their end, and then flat out refused my appointment. I'm frankly appalled at the complete lack of customer service or consideration. It's now 4pm on a Sunday. I will not be able to get another appointment anywhere else today. I will not return to...
Read more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- For the cut and the friendliness of Sariah!! She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She also helped me with getting the right shampoos, ect. needed for my VERY FINE, VERY STRAIGHT hair!! She took the time to explain so I'd understand. ⭐⭐⭐- For the price!! It's CRAZY to pay $30(tip included I wasn't cheap with the tip, but not a huge one either) Didn't get shampoo or anything else that would make more sense paying$30 for a haircut!! These OUTRAGEOUS prices makes it hard to rate our experiences and the great work the employees do!! It also definitely effects people returning, or recommending to other people. If more people stop going because of the prices, then they'll also be understaffed. This scenario would be bad for EVERYONE!! Maybe have more coupons, lower prices, ect.. if there's coupons, ect.. you'll get more people to come in, which will lead to more returning customers because the Sariah was SOO GREAT,customers willkeep coming back, and will recommend others. It's so sad that no matter how great of an experience customers have, they won't return because of the OUTRAGEOUS prices!! Just...
