Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

If I could leave a zero I would. This location can never get my order correct. Most times you are not welcomed. People at this location seem over worked or just badly managed. I get my Quality Connection Coupons online. Always have for years. I do not get them in snail mail. I do not get any junk mail sent to my mail box. 100% all businesses have excepted my online coupon up till this ZIGGI’S on Dublin in Colorado Springs. I have had a few drinks in the last month using a coupon from them and my drinks have not been made correctly. But since I had a BOGO or 50% off I just take it as you get what you pay for. I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper and it was flat. Ordered an extra hot vanilla latte last week and it was like warm. If you’re going to charge $7 dollars for a 20oz drink and be in competition with Dutch Bros and Starbucks. You’ll have to learn friendly service like DB or well made drink consistency of SB. Needless to say I’ll NEVER support Ziggi’s again. Learn customer service and how to run a business. And I’ll add if you check my past reviews of other businesses I do not leave bad reviews. This place was an exception. I even added a picture from Quality Connections website stating that you may print them. I was treated like a criminal. The drive-thru was about 6-7 cars long so I went inside to pick up my mobile order. There was a woman standing at the drive thru window and then another woman rushing around making drinks. The woman making the drinks seemed very flustered, stressed and not happy. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by either employee so I spoke up and said “I’m here to pick up a mobile order”, the woman making the drinks said “hold on a minute”, I said “sure, no problem”. Then she shoves my food and drink at me….never asked my name for the order, never said thank you, never said “here you go”, just super unprofessional and rude. The cinnamon roll I ordered wasn’t warmed, anytime I've come previously, it’s been warmed. Just because the drive thru is very long and busy, doesn’t mean that the guests who come inside should be ignored and treated as a bother. Very disappointed. Usually when I come here there are very kind staff members. Didn’t get the woman’s name but I went in 9.28.2023 at about 8:20am or so, she had brown hair in a ponytail. The woman at the window had super short dyed- blonde hair, she didn’t do anything wrong but she also didn’t seem to be helping very much. Wow! I am so impressed with the coffee shop. Far better than Starbucks!!

1. Starbucks usually only has 1 or 2 sugar free syrups so I’m always limited on what I can get. Ziggi has like 9 different sugar free syrups. They also have like 9 sugar free powders so you can get sugar free frappachinos!!

2. The girl who met me at the window was so kind that I decided I was going back before I even tried my sugar free Colorado late! 🤣 She took my payment with a friendly smile and when she handed me my card back she handed me a punch card for earning free drinks and a card that list all of the sugar free syrups they have, and then while she waited for my latte to be ready she explained how they also have sugar free red bulls and asked me about what I liked so she could give me pointers on what to try. It was absolutely amazing service!

To top it all off the latte was SO GOOD! Way better than Starbucks! I’m use to being able to buy scooters which is huge back where I lived! Starbucks taste like old coffee to me and the service is never as friendly as what I experienced today! So glad to have this place right next to...
