Update. despite the internet upgrade, you get near 0 internet performance if you go mid morning, lunch, or mid afternoon. The internet is fully consumed by employees on their break or lunch. This is not a technical problem, it is a management problem they continue to ignore. And customers suffer.
Update: Boyer's appears to have done a very good job upgrading their internet in the coffeehouse. I'm currently getting 100-125 mbps download and 20-25mbps upload. This is superb performance. I thank Boyer's Coffee for upgrading their internet service for their customers. It's a wonderful coffeehouse, but just had 1 serious issue. Since it is fully resolved, it now rates 5 stars and I've upgraded my rating above.
The internet is mostly down every time I come here. They tell me that employees on lunch or break are on the customer internet and bringing it down. Literally, it frequently can't even load the Denver Post web site - or any other web site. I frequently can't even get to a website to measure internet speed. And when I can, the internet performance is very poor. Weeks ago, they told me what the problem is, yet they have done nothing about it. Bottom line, if you need on the internet, go...
Read moreWe have driven by the Boyer's Coffee Company quite a few times, often remarking that we need to stop by one day. We finally did, and it was a stop well spent.
The interior of the Boyer's Coffee Company is comforting, welcoming, clean and relaxing. The coffee is good, as we do like Boyer's Coffee. You can taste the coffee first, and then buy a cup, sit down and relax. The music is relaxing, and not loud at all. While there, we saw a couple relaxing, enjoying a cup of coffee, and playing a game of cards.
Parking is easy, as there are quite a few spaces out front. You can also purchase coffee while there, and perhaps a coffee cup to hold the coffee as well. The staff is friendly, and it's just a nice place to be. There are plenty of places to sit down, relax, and, Enjoy your coffee!
An added note and my opinion, is that if Boyer's Coffee opened up a small coffee shop downtown, they would be a BIG hit! Boyer's Coffee is Good coffee, and there are lots of coffee drinkers downtown. Hey, it's worth a shot, or a cup of...
Read moreThis is by far, my favorite place to go for coffee! It is a little out of the way for most people here in Denver, however it is worth the drive and it's pretty easy to get to. All of the staff are super friendly and will gladly tell you about anything they offer. They are a local roaster in town, so any coffee you buy from there was roasted within the last week. They sell everything as whole beans, but will ask you if you'd like it ground. Dorian is the best person to talk to there, as he is very compassionate about coffee and will happily tell you the differences in not only the variety of beans they have, but also the different brewing methods. Also, if you like cold brew, or your coffee iced, ask for the coffee cubes so you're only watering your coffee down with more coffee! They also have two separate loyalty programs. The 1st is when you spend $100 on bags of coffee, you get a free bag! The other is for a buy 10 coffee drinks, get...
