Farm to Truck Colorado — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Worst customer service ever!!!! I tried to order but because I did not have my personal phone number on my Facebook account, the Truckster App would not complete the order. I called the food truck directly and the owner told me to go to the food truck and place the order in person. My husband went to the window and was told in a rude manner he could not take the order and that they were too busy to take the order! They told him it wasn't their fault the App wouldn't take the order, but they were just not going to take the in-person order. There are way too many food trucks that make great food and have great customer service. Will NEVER give this food truck our business. I purposely drove to Farm to Truck where they were today. I walked up and saw a sign that said I'd have to order on the app. I scanned the QR code and it brought me to their website. I started the order but saw only 3 sides available for the meals. The menu posted on the food truck had about 10 sides. I asked the man working the truck and he said I needed to download the app. I abandoned the website and downloaded the app. Same issue with the sides on the app. I asked the guy working the truck and he said you have to order 1 of the 3 sides offered with the meal on the app and you could order the other sides separately. One of two or three "favorite" food trucks for us, and we've seen many! The dishes are well composed, fresh-tasting ingredients and include some healthy options. Any of the burgers are huge, suitable for sharing. Love the BLT with curry potato salad on the side. My wife loves the spicy salad with pulled chicken, tried to get a photo of it but she already had it half gone! So that's the photo attached! Love their online ordering and payment system through Square. They text us when our order is ready and we just walk by everybody else standing in line to order.
