I live out in the woods to put in perspective and I work long hours and I am a single man and did not have time to cook tonight when I got home but anyways I looked up the closest fast food place which is right off of Santa Fe and it said on my GPS it would take me 16 minutes yes 60 Minutes doesn't sound very long but it is when you're tired and you're hungry and the website said I'm sorry says they close at 12 I get there at exactly 9:54 p.m. and I am greeted by a gentleman sang hello or hi may I take your order and I said just give you just a few seconds to look at your menu and he said go ahead and order when you're ready and right as I was about to is that my origin he says sorry we are closed we close at 10 p.m. and that he was just told to tell me that by somebody else so whoever else was there most likely it was his manager on duty told him to. That being said I have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years I have managed Ruby Tuesday's Outback Steakhouse Olive Garden and have been bartending for longer and I know if I was to ever close early like that I would either get written up and suspended or terminated because I was the manager on duty. So I start to pull off hungry in not very happy whatsoever trying to figure out where to go because I live so far out. So I start to pull out and I realized there is a convenience store right next to the Burger King connected to it so I go in there and find whatever I was able to find and talk to two of the store clerks and they told me as well that they're always closing on off the Wall times and they have had issues with them next door at Burger King for a while now and also as as the gentleman next door at the store I'm talking to me and telling me about some of the issues they have had if I would write a complaint letter to the corporate company and this is my next step and which I am not a person to sit and complain you take my time up before I go to bed because I have to get up early in the morning to work again for whoever reads this I am not a very very happy camper whatsoever and something needs to be done so I will continue to every somebody to fix this either fix the internet where it says it closes at 12 where fix the problem indoors. And I like Burger King over most of the fast food places which I don't eat fast food very much but something needs to be done I'm going to take them steps to make sure something...
Read moreI recommend this Burger King on weekdays. The help on the weekends suck. I only come during breakfast. The morning weekday crew does an excellent job. I went in on a weekend and got a trainee alone (which I didn't know till later). I asked for the 2 for 5 deal sausage egg and cheese croissant. He told me he could fund it and said there was not one and charged full price. Then they served the sandwiches that were croissants stale and hard. At this point, I was frustrated and asked for a refund. And him and the cook get all flustered and can't figure out how to do anything. The manager in charge walked out of her office and snapped at me. What's the problem. I told her the sandwich was old. I also asked her when the 2 for 5 sales ended, and she stated it didn't. I then asked why I was just charged for 2 full price. She tells me he didn't know. That he was a trainee. I then told her she needed to be training them better and should be out with him. She then told me not to try and tell her her job, and he was just fine. We'll obviously he wasn't just fine. She then snapped at me, requesting my receipt. I told her I was never given one. Again, she snapped at me that they did. Then the training dug it out of the trash. She had no apology for all the mishaps. I don't claim the customer is always right, and I was frustrated. But she needed to accept their faults, and yet she didn't. So, my ratings would be higher if I stuck with the...
Read moreI was coming here with my sassy wife to get a deal with the one cent whopper, and when we arrived at this Burger King, this rude woman decided that it would be fun to toy with our family. First, she decided to take a smoke break right as we walked in to the store, so we waiting our turn. When this employee returned, she told us that this deal was currently not applied to Burger King, so I showed her my coupon, so she fraudulently said that I must have a virus or a spam email. BTW, I did drive by the McDonald's store to unlock this coupon, and I logged in to the app. It said my order number was 63. Then, the manager came out and took the side of the employee, so I gave them my legitimate and true argument, but they decided I wasn't important enough to be cared for. The next thing I knew, my one hour coupon had run out, so I was abandoned at a Burger King with a worthless coupon. I hope others can learn from my traumatic experience, and I hope others have a better time at a Burger King...
