Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado

Fast. But on occasion wrong drink is made. Example made w milk instead of requested cream. By the time it reaches the blender its to late.milk is not changed for my request, cream. Bartender shakes it off and hopefully it won't be noticed. Driving down the road I sip the first sip, and again it's the normal drink. My dollar is wasted. Coffee is weak, I'm frustrated. So why go back? Beats me. Its convient and a reprieve. I love the staff and most are truly sweet, uplifting. 6 out of 10 times my extra shot requested is just nonchalantly forgotten, like no big deal. Its like the order is read 1/2 way only. But it is a big deal to a paying customer. I just ask that the STAFF stay focused ON one customer and one order at a time. Its not a race to make the drinks is it? SO WHAT if a customer in the car behind me has to wait 45 to 65 seconds longer. Read the entire order plz and don't shine it off, due to feeling...

Placed a mobile order for pick up on 11/24/22 at 4:01pm, according to the app the store was supposed to be open until 7pm. We arrived at 4pm only to be ignored when I tried to open their locked doors. I then went thru the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. They finally opened the window just to be told they were closed and couldn't serve us nor could they give us a refund. Absolutely ridiculous that they cannot issue a refund for over $20 worth of drinks and now I have to call a customer service line to get a refund because they didn't set their closing time appropriately on...

The staff at this specific Starbucks (off Town Center and Santa Fe in Highlands Ranch, CO) has the best staff in the business. They care about you more than taking your order and getting it right. When you have a problem or they see you need to talk about something, they ask for more time for their break and really sit down and show you compassion. This Starbucks needs to have more than a five star rating and I VERY highly recommend EVERYONE to visit them, as they have changed my life and gave my spirits a huge boost.
