Riccos Burritos — Restaurant in Colorado

We ordered 5 burritos altogether. My Mom and my Sister are vegan so 2 of them burritos we made sure to ask for no egg and no cheese. The guy was even kind enogh to let us know the chili had no meat so we added that on the vegan burritos as well. When we got home all 5 burritos we ordered had EGG and CHEESE on them. We called them and they said bring the burritos back in that were wrong so we did. They went and opened them on the back and I can hear the chef getting mad saying there was nothing in there wrong. The lady came back out and opened the burritos with her bare hands saying look theres nothing in there with a mean attitude not to say that's very unsanitary. We still were able to find some cheese they forgot to pick out before bringing it back out to us to try and prove a point and they had the audacity to try and say it wasn't cheese it was part of the chili. When we picked it out of the burrito and showed them they said there was nothing they can do about it and that cheese and eggs are going to be in because the counters have it on there and they can't help it. First off, clean your counters how dirty can they be where egg and cheese just happens to fall into the burritos. Second, we specifically said they were vegan and they don't want any dairy or meat on their burritos which they did. Finally, mistakes happen but the way they went about to fix it was horrible and very rude. I called back again to ask for someone above them and I guess there's never a manager on site and they can't give us any info to make a complaint against them. All in all, it was a unpleasant visit and IF YOU ARE VEGAN MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BURRITOS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR THEIR...

Burritos taste horrible. Way too salty. Very dry and all ingredients were so crunchy as if they scrapped them off from the bottom of a long time sitting pan. Never had a worse burrito in my life just horrible. For quality of the food this place is also way overpriced. I paid almost $15 for two burritos and even before I got the food they asked if I want to add a tip. WHAT??? Who does that? I wanted to ask what the hell for? This is take out order, but instead I just nicely declined. And an icing on the cake, after I asked for side of salsa to go with the two burritos the said that the charge $1.50 for each tinny little cup of it. What a rip off... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... Horrible food, horrible experience overall.

Update on 06/06/2018 be aware of fraud going on at this place. Today I checked my Bank account and guess what... my $14.45 turned in to $16.45 in their pocket, this really tickled me the wrong way, so not only do they serve bad food they also steal money from you. I specifically told them that I do not authorize a tip, well they help themselves to your money and add a few $$$ as a tip to them self. Nice.... I bet they do this to all their customers and pocket unauthorized few hundred dollars a day. This needs to be stopped. I did call my bank and disputed this charge, but this is not good. Be aware of this place, they do not know how to cook and steal from you. I am attaching the receipt and bank transaction as proof in case they try to deny...

The food would be good if I were high and drunk at 2:00am after I had been drinking for a solid 12 hours. But since I was not and I was getting lunch from there with a co-worker I will give it two stars.

We ordered two quesadilla's and since they didn't have chips and queso, we split some chili cheese fries. For those three things it took well over thirty minutes (which it was attempted to call it in, but heaven forbid they answer the phone). The pricing for the product on the menu was not at all what we were charged (charged $2-3 more for each item). After getting our order we hauled as back to work as fast as we could since the food took so long. Once we got back we realized that we had received no green chili for our quesadillas. The quesadilla's were small, dry meat, very little cheese and salted so heavily I thought they had just came out of the dead sea. The chili cheese fries weren't bad, again way to much salt but leaps and bounds better than the quesadillas. Over all, stick with Taco Bell. Cheaper, better tasting and better quality! BELIEVE DAT!! Hope my bowel movement doesn't produce...
