Continental Sausage is pure magic. Years ago, I was asked by a fellow chef to join him for the tour of the Continental Sausage facility. I was blown away. I have been making charcuterie for years, and have never seen such high quality charcuterie at scale. The tour allows for access to every corner of the storeroom, and to see that only the highest quality ingredients are used. At 6:03am one of their delivery drivers that was driving a straight truck at the intersection of I-25 and I-70 was merging into my lane forcing me into the lane over and almost hitting other cars.
