This review is not about the food but the ignorant untrained people hired to manage the front of store. To (try and) keep it short; Three customers ahead of me, i overhear the man ask if he can get a classic ready to go and just add jalapeno and onion uncooked for extra cost. The young girl says that will be about 20 minutes. He states "just to throw an extra on an already cooked pizza?" the guy soon just understands she is oblivious to what is being said and they lose a $15 sale as he walks out. Next customer gets his pickup and pays with $35 (20,10,5) in cash and gets 2 dollars or so in change. Next customer pays i think $28 and change exact pickup order (this is after a Long wait of confusion from the cashier still processing the earlier transaction). I get to the front patiently and order about $23 in food and drink; I hand her a $50 bill and she states, "We cannot accept that bill, i don't have change." I politely said, "i believe the woman in front just paid almost the exact amount i would get back for my purchase, you can't make change for a $50..?" . Rudely i was replied back with "No, There's not enough in the register, and we don't accept those!" . I turned around and said to the next customer, "i guess they don't accept money here". He laughed and said back, "sad i had only a $50 on me as well" . I watched them not get $70+ in sales...
Read moreWe've ordered from this location a few times and have never had an issue before. Except tonight. I ordered through their app for delivery and apparently it was delivered by Door Dash. When they got here they said that the soda I ordered was not put in with the order. No big deal, I just figured I'd call and get a refund for it. When I called to do that the guy on the phone told me he was unable to process a refund over the phone but that I could come get it from the store. I let him know that couldn't leave my house since it's just me and my kids (thus why I ordered in). He just told me again that it wasn't possible to issue a refund. I asked if there was someone who could help me, like a manager or something and he said he was the manager. I told him that I worked in food service for years so I know it's always possible to refund something, especially if they were the ones who messed up but he still was adamant that he couldn't do it. I kept trying to get an explanation as to why it wasn't possible but he never answered me. Read moreLast time I went there I ordered online listening to he brought it out to the car .we sat there for a few and eat a bread sticks or two then just before we got ready to go my son opened one of the pizza boxes n we realized tht this was not our order. So I had my son take the pizza back inside and tell them that this was the wrong order. So he goes in and tells the employee behind the registers that this is not the right and I thought rules in food is if the food comes back you don't keep it you let the customer have it and give the customer the right. Well I guess I was wrong because the chick behind the counter told my son that she is going to need the complete order back mind you we had already touched the pizza and ate some of the breadsticks so my son comes out and grabs it all takes it back inside an employee behind put it back in that ready to order machine that you just put the pan in when you order your order online because obviously it was somebody so I don't know who told her it was but they got shorted a lot of breadsticks and somebody else had already touched yum yum have fun...
