Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado

Had the worst experience (from another store) changed to the best experience because of Giselle. I usually go to Wads & Bowles to get a drink and ask for the egg bites to be cold so my kiddos can enjoy this the next morning. I did this last night and when I took my drink from the fridge this morning I opened the lid to see if any whipped cream was left and noticed the huge portion of milk missing from the cup. There were no spills in the fridge and the lid was clean. So after dropping my kids at preschool I went to the original store at wads & Bowles and asked for it to be remade. The short version is a worker repeatedly told me no and I left in tears. I drove to this location and met Giselle is who a lovely woman. She was so sweet so caring. Giselle even asked if I wanted anything else. I declined. I just wanted the drink I paid for. She personally remade my drink, apologized for the other store’s behavior and gave me a gift card. Giselle literally made my tired single mom life so much better today. Thank you so much. We will be back...

Employees are distant and not very friendly. There’s only one there I liked because she actually asked how my day was. Too many new employees at once, they mess up most of my orders. They put too much stuff in each drink. Drinks are probably only 5 percent coffee. Sometimes they even make a totally different drink then what I ordered. It’s a 50/50 chance getting what I wanted, because every time I go here I order a iced white chocolate mocha and you want to know what I get? Hot chocolate or a caramel Frappuccino. Too many times to count with both. Two drinks here is almost 10 dollars. Two drinks and two doughnuts at dunkin doughnuts is 8 dollars. Dunkins coffee tastes actually handmade and not fake. Honestly, if you want coffee just go to dunkin doughnuts. It’s a lot better then fake coffee from here. Sure they have pretty coffee but do you really enjoy it? Not crazy about this location. Lots of kids from the school taking up seating without actually purchasing anything so paying customers are forced to leave or stand. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. I waited 20min on the drink I was the only one waiting for a drink so when the next person comes along and gets theirs I ask about mine. First I'm shushed (I thought she was taking a drive thru order but that wasn't the case). Then she said "now what do you want" so I explain I'm waiting for my drink, she finds the tag that was placed under the counter. Whole time my sandwich is sitting there I go to eat it and not my sandwich. I let them know and they say well you must have grabbed the wrong one.
