Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Columbia City

Horrible Service and will not go back there ever again! This is the first restaurant that I have ever walked out because of poor service in my life. My experience was a Saturday night we went there approximately around 5:30pm.. We waited 20min until we were seated for a party of 5. It took 20min until we ordered drinks and placed our food order. Once we received our drinks they were not correct. The waiter never came back and checked on us. My husband ordered a draft beer and never received it. Did I mention when he ordered the draft beer my husband kindly asked "what was on tap" the waiter told us to look in the book, there were 22 to choose from and the waiter was rude when he said that! Well we waited 40min, never was checked on, drinks wrong, hubby never got the draft.. We asked our waiter to speak to the manager. The waiter said, "the manager was too busy at the moment." I am totally dissatisfied with this chain. No other wing place has charged me extra for getting all flats. I ordered 10 wings and was charged $2.00 by requesting all flats. I was informed of the extra charge, but I can’t help but believe this is absolutely ridiculous. Normally there would be half flats anyway, so that means the other half is actually 40 cents per wing to get the other five wings they way I asked. It appears to me this place has lost the concept of customer service. This appears to me the same as if someone was to go into a steak house and ordered a steak medium well, and was told the price is based on being medium, it would cost more to have it cooked the way you want it. I rated this one star. I ordered 10 wings an order of onion rings and a drink. My wife ordered a half order of fries. My bill was over $25.00. I could have get a really nice steak dinner for less than that. I am normally a very good tipper. I gave only about half of what I normally would have. My family and I went here tonight at 6.45 and had to wait fifteen minutes to even be seated at a table. Once we were seated at the table we were never even approached for a drink order. Another table that was leaving had seen that we along with three other ables were not being waited on and said good luck as they left. They also stated they had to wait a long time. After waiting a half hour and never being spoke to we left and went to Pizza Hut for wings instead. At Pizza Hut we were greeted right away and ordered our drinks within minutes. It is really unfortunate that the service is so terrible when it really has great food.
