KFC — Restaurant in Columbia City

Such an inconsistent place for food, even when they're not busy in the least. Got a 12-pc nuggets at drive thru, not any other cars in line and didn't even look like anyone was eating inside, and nuggets were so overcooked - dark, tough, chewy. Ugh. Had them a few weeks prior when they first came out and were completely different when fresh and not cooked into jerky. Plus they charged me .49 extra for an extra dipping sauce but didn't tell me there was a cost... only discovered it when I looked at receipt got home, at the same time I found how awful the nuggets were. And their app is completely worthless, never any deals. They even disabled the "contact us" feature so you can't complain on the app. When you put in a state, the city field won't pull up any cities. I never complain. But this was rude and very poor customer service. Went thru drive thru. Ordered 3strip combo w Mac cheese , and 3 pc meal. Went thru, $17. Checked our meal on way home. No biscuits. We went BACK thru and nicely said the biscuits were missed. Here is what was so rude- We don’t have biscuits there’s a 10 min wait. Okay, may we substitute? No you only get cookies. We just said forget it and came home. Strips were rubber, Mac and cheese rubber, potatoes cold and no sauce. 1st why were we not told when we ordered? 2. Why not nicely ask your customer would they like something else? 3. When we asked to substitute why not give us a small serving of slaw or something. Be nice… the gal did not even apologize. I’ve had a lot of bad fast food service experiences, but this KFC takes the trophy for most rude & immature fast food I’ve experienced. Pulled up to the microphone I hear giggles and then “Can I get you anything?” ‘One minute please’ “Ok” *giggles Pull up to the window, all in there including the manager laughing and pushing each other. Hand them two 5’s and the girl held it up and turned her back laughing so all her coworker friends would laugh and think it’s so funny.. even the manager standing there, and she stopped smiling when she saw I wasn’t happy.
