Towne & Country Plaza — Local services in Columbia City

I stopped in briefly to grab just 2 items at the Walmart in Columbia City, Indiana. I found parking to be easy, the crosswalk was well marked & they had stop signs that were highly visible for all traffic to see. When I went in I did not need a cart but they offered them, hand sanitizer & wipes to wipe down your cart with if you wanted to. I went directly to the aisle I needed & chose from the many different brands they offered & grabbed one other item in a different area of the store & went directly to the checkout. They had many self service type checkouts available but I personally prefer to go to an actual person at the register. You know an actual human being with emotion & that may or may not be in a very good mood depending on many factors going on in their day. But you know what brightens their day? Is if you simply ask them how they are doing! Make some small talk with them. Put yourself in their shoes for a moment, they are doing their personal best & sometimes learning for the first time, we all remember our first jobs - it’s a lot of information overload all at once isn’t it?! Worst higher ground experience ever I got extra shots of espresso in my frappe and it was just completely run either was no frappe to it and then when I asked to make it again they were kind of upset about it they said it was pretty much you know because of how much coffee I got but it was because they put the coffee and on top of the ice. they remade it but it didn't remake it with all their shots of expresso then said that they did but they didn't and so then I got my money back, which for some reason my order was 6.48 they tried to give me 8 something so after 45 minutes I finally got no coffee and my money,and I think his name was Dan when I ask here kinda said and swiped his name tag was the worse customer service person I've met in...
