Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia City

Placed a delivery order with Papa John directly on 10/2. Shortly after the order was placed, was notified it was on the way via Door Dash. There was no way the order was ready that quickly. Dasher shows up and said that she verified this was my order and "they" confirmed it was mine, they must have put the wings orders in one box. She handed it to me and left.

I looked at the label on the boxes and it was NOT my order at all. Wrong address, name, phone number! I managed to get a message to the Door Dash girl (again, I did not place my order through DD) to let her know and then called the store.

Maddy - the manager- said I have your order in my hand and I only have one driver, as soon as he gets back, I'll send it to you. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30 minutes. Additionally, I reminded her to make sure the extras I ordered and paid for were delivered as well.

An HOUR later, cold cheesebread, lukewarm wings, no extra sauce we're delivered. The driver says, "I heard you got the wrong order, here." To which I replied it is all cold and useless now.

Called the store AGAIN and Maddy answered. Told her it was cold and I am done with them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Papa John's- especially in Columbia City- has gone to pot and...

My girlfriend ordered the 3 topping special for us. In all honesty, her mistake, she didn't realize she needed to customize the pizza and add the toppings. We called 2 minutes later, as she immediately realized she didn't add the toppings. They were not willing to offer any kind of option to get the toppings put on. Fair enough, it was our mistake, but it's not like we went to pick the pizza up and noticed it then. My biggest issue is, if we ordered a 3 topping special, why wouldn't they call and ask if we meant to order just cheese on a 3 topping special?? When she called back they didn't care at all, and told her they wouldn't credit anything back. At the end we paid $19 for a large cheese pizza...I feel they could have at least tried to offer an ounce of customer service...it was an...

Discriminates employees. Someone there has a MEDICAL CONDITION, and they wrote that person up because of their medical condition. Completely wrong. Legally they CANNOT do that because it's discrimination towards the employees. Yes, I'm calling these people out. 0 stars. Literally outrageous how people think they can discriminate without getting called out or something like that. They will probably be getting sued. Heads up to people who like pizza and want to work with pizza..... you have a medical condition of ANY sort, make sure EVERYONE in the building knows of your medical...
