China Moon Restaurant — Restaurant in Columbia Township

I rarely complain about food service because I’ve been a server before and I know it’s difficult to even deal with people. I recieved my food and one appetizer was forgotten no big deal! So I called to let them know even starting with saying “I know you guys are about to close, but I can wait until tomorrow but you guys forgot my crab Rangoon’s” the First Lady proceeded to talk to me like I didn’t understand the difference with the eggroll as the side instead of a crab Rangoon order. Okay no problem hold on let me double check my order maybe I miss understood. And I didn’t the order was there and paid for. Then proceeded to explain what they look like. Okay I looked through the bag checked all the food it’s not there. Then said you can speak to the woman who packed it. Uh why? This woman says “yeah I packed it and even gave you extra sweet and sour sauce” okay well I don’t have either of those things so you didn’t pack it in my bag so I don’t know what to tell you 😂 I didn’t think any of it was a big deal until instead of fixing the situation or offering a new order even for another day! Next time just correct the situation it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t need to speak to multiple people. I felt bad they brought them to me anyways even after close. I discovered this place with my son. When I picked him up from school to take him to lunch. This place y'all is the bomb bomb yeah!!! Do u hear me. The food is the top of the line in my opinion. The people who run the place is oh so beautifully spirited, that u can't help but return back, for more of the goodness. I love love these people, the place, and the food. I told them that me and my son will definitely will b returning for more. And check this out y'all. The old man put a twist on the 🐔 wings that not only will knock your socks off. But will surprise u and enlighten your life as well as your taste buds. And nobody else in town at an Asian restaurant does this. And they have a great lunch meal too as well. At a very good price. We love China Moon’s food and eat here at least once a week. But they have absolutely terrible customer service which makes me not want to support their business. I order dumplings, like I said, once a week. I’ve never clarified specifically that I want chicken ones. This time I receive pork and called to tell them. They blamed me for not specifying and said they were closing for the day (@9:30 even though google says 10). So if I wanted anything fixed, I had to hold onto this food until tomorrow then drive over there and trade them. When I told her I needed something to eat tonight and I could settle for the pork dumplings, but if I ate them they couldn’t give me anything for my troubles. “We can’t give you anything free”.
