Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Hello! on april 4th 2025, me and my boyfriend ate at this sonic around 10:30 pm, it was by far the WORST service that i have ever gotten, the carhop girl was extremely rude for no reason at all, i ordered a drink and she had to go back and remake that drink 4 times, and it still was NOT right, she handed us the wrong food and we went through it and told her that it was not ours, and i know that uf u hand someone the wrong food, u have to throw it away and remake it for the people that it actually goes to, but instead she took it inside and out the other door and gave it to the correct people, and didnt remake any of it, after we had touched all over it, we also ordered 2 different sonic blasts, my boyfriend had a cheesecake sonic blast and i had oreo blast, im highly allergic to cheesecake, so we made sure to tell her to get it correct or i could end up in the hospital, well when she brought the blasts out to us, she said "here take this" and gave us straws instead of spoons , and they put oreo on the top of mine like its supposed to, well as soon as i took a big bite, nothing but cheesecake in my mouth, i instantly knew that she did that on purpose, cuz she covered it with otto's and she ran after giving it to us, i had to go to the hospital because i instantly started swelling up and getting hives, and we had talked to the manager that was on duty, and he got rude and said well we already made it twice as he was rolling his eyes, and im sorry but the food was old and gross, and we weren't rude to them at all, they had no right treating us like that at all, and he wouldnt even refund our money for the stuff that we couldnt eat very unprofessional , it was the worst, i used to eat there daily, but i will not...

I normally do not ever take the time to write bad reviews but today was the straw that broke the camel's back . . . This Sonic is the absolute worst Sonic, quite possibly the worst fast food establishment I have ever been too. I have been to this Sonic several times as I live on this side of town and it is convenient. Every single time I have been here, there is either something wrong with my order or the wait is unbelievable even when it's not busy or a lovely combination of both.

Tonight, I wanted to treat myself with a peanut butter Butterfinger "concrete custard". For starters, there is nothing concrete about their "concrete custards". Nor did it have any textural resemblance to custard, well, it didn't have any texture at all, it was a runny mess. Secondly, I did not receive a peanut butter Butterfinger concrete, it was just vanilla ice cream with Butterfinger in it. Insert eye roll

Another issue with this Sonic is the "management" does not care at all when themselves or their crew messes up your order, the last time I went to this Sonic I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins for a chicken sandwich and tots. There was no one in front of me and the booths only had a few cars in them. When I got home I did not have the correct order. I drove back up there and wasn't even apologized to for the inconvenience, I then continued to wait another 15 mins (again, it was not busy) before I finally just asked for a refund a left.

My family and I went to the sonic on Rangeline on February 22nd 2020 at around 2 pm. I ordered two chili cheese Fritos burritos, a kids meal, a grilled cheese and cheese fries. When our food arrived after a 20 minute wait it was horrible. My chili cheese burritos looked like they had been in a warmer all day. The chili was disgusting. The burrito itself was hard. My wife’s grilled cheese was cold and the bread was burnt. Tell me how the cheese wasn’t hardly melted but the bread was burnt. There was no cheese on the fries and there were hardly any fries in the box. It was half full. We hit the button again and told them there was no cheese on the fries. They brought out new fries once again cold with cheese that was not melted. I didn’t even eat my food since it was nasty and looked like someone took a dump and wrapped it in a burrito. I will never eat at this location again. I also went online and complained on their website and have not heard anything from them.
