If I could give no stars I would!!! My boyfriend and I order $30 or more worth of food EVERY WEEK. We are both working parents, and delivery is always easier after a long day of work. We have ordered from dominos for YEARS! We’ve had a few hiccups here and there, but the store has ALWAYS made it right. Tonight after a very long 12 hour day, I decided to order pizza for our daughter and I, her dad was always in bed for an early shift. Read moreMy wife and I placed an order online for pickup at 5:30pm. The Domino’s app indicated that our pizza’s were being made. It was a simple order for two medium pepperoni pizzas and cheesy bread. I drove 20 miles and arrived a little before 6pm. I went inside and inquired about the status of our order. I was told they haven’t started making it yet and it would be 10-15 minutes. I waited and then inquired again. Again I was told it wasn’t ready and we were in “prep” waiting. I patiently waited another 15 minutes and asked again. This time I was told that it still wasn’t ready or even started yet. After asking what was taking so long the gentleman behind the counter said there was an order in which they prepare and make pizzas. Apparently if you order a pizza for carry out or curbside pick up you get the lowest priority. I was told that they make delivery pizzas their first priority because that’s how their delivery drivers make money.
After an hour and a half of waiting and vein told it should just be a few more minutes. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund because we paid online. I asked to see the manager and was told he was too busy. I asked for his name and was told it was Matt.
Matt, I would like a coupon or free pizzas because of my troubles and time.
You don’t know me but our company uses your domino location on a regular basis (weekly). We order multiple pizzas every week.
If I don’t hear back from you, we will stop using your location and take our business elsewhere.

Read moreI’ll NEVER order from this dominos again and you should not either. Robert (manager) and Jaden (child at the front) are horrible workers. Robert yells at customers and calls them stupid after he changes their account 3 times and fails to provide any proof the payment was declined. I showed him my account and how it processed three times . It even said “Thank you!” at the end when I pulled my card from the machine. I was persistent my account history did not match what he was saying. It showed I was charged. He then called me stupid. Refused to give any receipt or documentation showing that those funds taken would be returned. Even threatened a police escort to me in front of my minor children after I asked for someone above him. I never once threatened or acted in a fashion that would require the police. He attempted to abuse his authority when I am a paying customer and was only asking for documentation to back what he said.
Jaden wore his pants below his butt and his hat cocked sideways. No professionalism. No respect. Failed to know how to work his system. Possibly because of his managers inability to manager or train workers. I am truly in disbelief with how they take care of customers. Not worthy of your time or money.
