I have been Furniture shopping for the past few months due to relocating to Columbia Missouri I found this the best store that I had seen so far as far as ample Supply of a variety of furniture for me to choose from. The young lady that assisted me today her name was Chris it was very polite very patient she listened to the specifics that I was looking for it in the living room furniture that I was choosing to purchase she wasn't even sure if I was going to purchase that day but yet she's stuck with me and we were there quite some time I went through the pre-approval process I was approved for more than I needed to have Ben and come to find out it was going through a bank that I'm already connected with and have good standing with us so I thought in the meantime the person is with the bank that were doing going taking us through the approval process was very rude to where I had asked for supervisor the young lady sat with me the whole time and assisted me and just being patient long story short young people these days least the ones I've met here in Columbia are so wonderful they're polite they're considerate they're understanding and I give her due credit and her parents as well for having raised quite a young lady the store should be honor to have her there as one of their employees she made the sale I ended up paying cash for my purchase which is almost $5,000 because I ended up not getting approved after I was told I was approved for 4700. It's too bad I don't need any other Furniture in my home I came fully equipped except for the living room set and at this time I will make certain that anyone I know looking for a nice reasonable price place to purchase Furniture I would...

BE AWARE...Interest charges are INSANE if promo not paid off...

So we bought furniture here. I have not reviewed this because I was going to let things go, but not now. I was just hit with an insane interest charge on my card, that I was never told about. Most cards will charge interest based on the APR each month on the balance left on the card. NOT THIS ONE. I was just hit with an interest charge for the FULL AMOUNT on the total cost, most of which I had paid off. Now my card is almost where it started. I am LIVID. No one in the store told me this. They said interest will kick in once the promo time ends. I assumed this meant I would pay the monthly interest on the balance, like normal cards. BEWARE. Not the case.

When we ordered furniture, they originally told us 4 weeks. Then it turns into months. I received my furniture 6 months later. When the people arrived to deliver, they were college kids who almost dinged up my very expensive new couches I had waited 6 months on. I had to guide them on how to bring furniture into my house without hitting door frames. I didn't review, because I wanted to let it go, but people need to be aware of that and this insane interest they have. Many companies do not do this with promo costs. Ambrose was an amazing sales representative for Furniture Row today. We went to get some cleaning supplies for our leather couch we purchased about 4 years ago. We weren’t in the market for anything. I just wanted to check the price of the couch I mentioned earlier. We are remodeling and I want to buy the same couch we’d purchased prior except in a different color. I will also replace the dining room furniture in the near future. Ambrose let us know if we need anything let him know. I explained what we were doing so no need help others if need be.
