Jimmy Johns Store #1970 on Bull Run Dr. Columbia, provides consistently the worst fast food experience I have ever experienced. I don't leave reviews unless there is a serious issue like I am about to mention. If you read other reviews about this place, you will see a trend among key topics in peoples' complaints, and they are yet to be addressed. This is the closest location to my job and my home, so I have ordered here on several occasions. They, regularly fail to include items in orders (chips and cookies), or they completely ignore any sandwich customization/make entirely the wrong sandwiches. The only thing that I CAN count on when I order from this location is that I will have to contact them after the order has arrived and explain what they screwed up this time. In no exaggeration, I have had easily 15 of 20 orders messed up. I understand the occasional mistake when you are busy, or training new staff, but this frequency of failure is frankly, unacceptable. It is a major inconvenience to have a delivery botched, which then requires you to drive to the store and ask somebody to make it right. By that point, You have created a redundancy of the delivery driver and paid a tip + the delivery fee just to drive to the shop. Read moreDO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION! I just experienced the WORST customer service of my life! The acting manager of this location needs to be fired based on customer service alone. After calling and complaining because my sandwich was not correct. I was told I had the option for a $3 credit or for them to send out a new sandwich. The manager never informed me that I needed to swap the sandwiches. I waited over an hour for that second sandwich so of course I ate the original one. The delivery driver refused to give me the second sandwich and when I called to speak with the manager the second time he was extremely rude. I asked him to verify if he ever told me that I needed the original sandwich to receive the new sandwich and his response was “No, but that’s common sense” and preceded to hang up on me. Read moreHighly unprofessional and lacks adequate customer service skills. My delivery order was picked up from their store and then canceled through their 3rd party delivery company. I called the store to inquire why it was cancelled and the rude worker over the phone was questioning me as if I was making it up. I spent several minutes on the phone with him asking if he had a solution or if he needed proof that the order was cancelled. I asked him numerous of times if there was a supervisor there and he avoided that question. I even asked if I needed to come into the store to show him proof that the order was cancelled. Instead of stating what solution he had for the situation, he decided to debate and go on this long rant about irrelevant stuff.
