McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbia Township

It was very clean.We showed up at 930 to get something to eat and there lobby was locked ? After checking both doors someone let us in. Went to go order the person was to busy worried with the fact that she had locked her self out of her car! Then when I asked for no salt she didn’t know how to put it on my order told someone in the back that everything was no salt didn’t come that was food was cold ! So I took it up front to get it fixed he argued with me about what I ordered there were people coming in from Drive-through complaining about not having their sandwich yet The part of all that and I think it’s absolutely ridiculous. This is the gentleman running the store at night time the other manager was when it took my order and all she was worried about was playing with her eyelashes. after everything else was waiting and then finally getting the food made right before 10 o’clock and that’s when their lobby supposed to close the manager decided to come over and tell us basically that we can’t stay in there. We need to go because the lobby was closing, and I explain him that I would’ve been gone by then if he would’ve just gotten my order right the first time he was too busy run around on the phone while we’re sitting there trying to eat my food and there was way too many people stereo player around in the back. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Quater pounder with cheese and Bacon. No ketchup, No mustard, No onions! When I got to the window and was handed the receipt. I noticed it was wrong I advised the person at the window. She went and told another person. Then 3 other people came to the window and proceeded to angrily say that I was wrong I didn't order that. Then another woman who was missing her front teeth nicotine stained and very nasty keep saying I was wrong and she was tried of people accusing her order takers of taking the order wrong?? I didn't accuse anyone of anything only that it was wrong! They took it back.then a very nice men asked me to check the hamburger to see if it was right . In front of him I opened it and it was still wrong! No bacon had mustard he takes it back .the very rude lady with teeth missing. Then says there is bacon i told no there is no bacon and literally she called me a liar! She kept saying I removed the the bacon and called me a liar! Then the gentleman tells her can you just put bacon on the burger! She mumbles very rude remarks about me. They the give me a tiny piece of bacon to put on it. I was so offended. But it didn't end there i get home and the hamburger is raw! Couldn't even eat it !! I wanted to take it back but felt threatened by the employees. Never have I ever been treated so badly. I went through the drive through and asked the young girl. If my sweet-and-sour sauce was in the bag she said I will check. She left the window came back after a few moments. And handed me the bag. I said thank you. I drove a few feet and saw. There was no sweet in sour sauce in the bag. I went in and spoke to Two young workers male and female. I said the lady at the drive threw. Didn't give me my sweet-and-sour. After I asked for it, they said. Oh, we just ran out. We just gave out our last one a second ago. If you were out she would have told me at the window, I asked her to double check the bag.They were both laughing, giggling and smiling making fun of the situation. I said you've got sweet and sour They denied it again. Laughing and making fun of the situation. I asked for their names and they laughed and didn't want to give me any names. They were trying to embarrass me the entire time. I told them that I was gonna get a hold of the general manager. I called 10 minutes later to get the manager's name and the manager on duty did not want to give out any information. I was told there was no resolution and she hung up on me.
