I loved our dine in experience today for lunch! I took 7 of my children for lunch today and I am thoroughly impressed with the staff and the establishment! From the moment we walked in to the time we were finished with our food, every aspect was top notch! It exceeded my expectations! Jacob was the one that greeted us and took our order. He maintained a professional and friendly manner while taking our order and preparing it! Even though they were busy, Jacob took his time helping us decide which sandwiches were great for children. I can’t express enough how awesome that is! Brianna helped one of her fellow co workers on how to operate the computer so we could check out... also very polite and courteous not only to us but as well as to her co worker! My children raved about how good it was and that’s really saying something since most of the time they want McDonald’s! So I’m sure they’re going to be requesting Penn Station from now on! I've had the chicken Philly, Club sandwich, and Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. They've all been packed with flavor. It's hard to go wrong with any of the options at this place. The fries were also very tasty- not too dry, not too thick, and not too salty, just right.

The customer service was top notch. The employees were very kind and even came by to check and see if we liked our sandwiches. The employees seemed to be very happy to work there.
