So glad to finally have a place around here that uses white corn tortillas for their tacos instead of yellow ones. Almost everyone in this area uses the yellow ones which have a bitter taste to them and usually overpower the taste of the fillings. And here you get to enjoy the better balance of flavors and really enjoy the taste of the meat, which was perfectly seasoned, by the way. We enjoyed the asada, carnitas, and chicken tacos.
