Edited 2/11/23- this location is still terrible. Service isn’t even friendly any more. My husband continues to go here, but I avoid at all costs.
Maybe I don't get the purpose of a pickup order ordering through the mobile app, but I feel like if I place my order 5 minutes before I get there it should be ready upon arrival. On top of it my turkey sausage flatbread, lacked a key ingredient: turkey sausage. I did call to inform them that I was lacking my turkey sausage. Because I already had to wait in line for my pick up to go order that should have already been ready, I was not turning around to have them remake my sandwich. My first experience ordering pick up to go through the mobile app was it bad as the same as this experience. They didn't even see my order on the screen. Two of them I have been told that our "espresso machine is being cleaned". If I had one comment for Management it would be to think about your customers and try to clean the machines off peak hours. Breakfast time people normally want a coffee. I would also like to ask if they Honor the promo's offered on the app, because the other two times I was told "No Sorry!" "We haven't started this promo yet". When I walked in, I was told there were only 3 people working, they were too busy to help customers inside the store, and I needed to go thru the drive thru if I wanted service. I walked out and left. I get that you're busy, but I'm not going to go thru a drive thru because it's convenient for you. Going inside the store was convenient for me!! I'm the paying customer.
