I placed a $442.90 Cocomelon order on May 25, 2023. My child’s 1st Birthday party wasn’t until August 19, 2023, but on the invoice I advised her I needed to pick up the treats August 18, 2023. I was driving from Greenville Sc to Columbia Sc. I paid half the day I booked and the remainder June 30, 2023. I received an email from Shirley August the 16th asking when my event was and when did I want to schedule pick up. I advised her my event was August 19th. She took it as if that’s the day when I was picking up my treats. Long story short the treats were not ready the day I needed them! I arrived in Columbia and called her to let her know I would be picking up the treats. She told me the treats were not going to be ready until 2:30pm August 19th. She kept saying it was Mis-communication and kept apologizing which did no good! Bad business all the way around! Like I told her I booked with you to have my order picked up on the 18th of August! The day of the event shouldn’t have even mattered so like I told her why would you even ask when the event was!!?? All she had to do was look at her invoice and she would have seen the pick up date! She tried to tell me she couldn’t refund me bc everything was pre-made. I told her that wasn’t going to work bc the mistake was on your end not mine. She then said I can refund you in full. 5 to 10 mins later she called back stating she issued half back, she couldn’t do a full refund bc the time that was spent preparing the treats, it was already pre-made etc. I took a $142 loss. If she needed the money that bad it is what it is! I could’ve took her to court but she’ll end up doing someone else the same way. I see this isn’t her 1st time doing that in the reviews. Once again she kept apologizing like that was going to solve something! She said she would give me a discount if I ever decided to book with her again which I will NEVER do! I will...

I ordered from here 4 times , the first time I got the candy grapes and not going to lie they were not that good the candy just got stuck in my teeth and I couldn’t even comfortably eat it , fresh grapes though . The other times I got the boudin hot Cheetos balls and the 6 different strawberries !! And they were soooooo good the boudin balls were a 12/10 , the sauce was great the consistency ,freshness and everything ! I 100% recommend this . Now don’t let me get started on how great the strawberries were my favorite was the blue crunch one but the banana pudding one was so unique and delicious ! I never thought about a banana pudding covered strawberry before but now I dream of it . Overall , beyond great food items I 100% will be trying more...
