This place just opened up about a few weeks ago. We were initially planning to get chipotle but saw this place next door and decided to try it and I have to say, I am very pleased and impressed. The food quality is delicious - they had various well seasoned protein, veggies, sides, and fantastic sauces. They have ice tea, vending machine, fountain, and fruit flavored drinks. The service was great, they are not stingy with their portions at all and will definitely give great recommendations with food. The ambiance is super clean, calm music, and just an overall well put place.

The best part is the meal portion. Let me tell you - they are not kidding around with how big the slices are for their protein and vegetables. They are not stingy AT ALL like some other places. I decided to try Manhana both off Door Dash and in person, and I can say without a doubt this is the best and safest gluten free "fast" food in existence. In person there is casual seating, but I even recommend them through DoorDash as they often do sales and my food came to me beautifully wrapped and in record time!

The food palette is out-of-this world good, building complex flavors of teriyaki, BBQ, and other fusions of recipes into a build-your-own or pre-built "bowl".

A few nights ago we ordered four different bowls for family dinner. I had the cauliflower rice as the base, broccoli and roasted mushrooms with spicy tuna as my protein and the citrus vinaigrette.

Honestly this meal far exceeded my expectations with the freshness of the veggies, and the high quality/fresh ahi tuna. The portion sizes were more than I expected and everything was flavorful. One of my children ordered shrimp and had a sesame noodle base. Both kids were happy. If you are vegan, there are options. We will definitely go back.
