We frequent this location. It's about 20 minutes away, but usually worth the drive. We ordered ahead, so there would not be any confusion. I drove there and waited for a couple of people before me. I told the gentleman the name on the order and he went and got it. I tried to check over the order and was hurried by him saying everything is there and starting to help the next customer. I trusted him, grabbed the boxes and left. I got home and we were missing an entire pizza. I called to the store on my way out the door and told them that the rest of the food would be cold by the time I traveled 20 minutes there and 20 minutes home, so I wanted my order remade. I said I was returning the rest of the order. The man on the phone said "hold on, here it is. You can come get it." I explained again that it would be 40 minutes before we would be eating since I had to come back to the store, so I wanted my order remade. He was not happy, but agreed to remake it. No apology, no empathy. When I got to the store, I waited in line again and told a different gentleman what happened and was told it was in the oven. I waited another 10 minutes. During this time, another customer came in and returned an incorrect pizza. I finally got called to the front and got my order and checked it. Again, no apology, no empathy. I have read a lot of the reviews on here, and most of the bad ones say to go to a web site and fill out a form so someone locally can reach out to them. I went ahead and went to that site 2 weeks ago and filled out the form.... I have not heard from anyone. Worst service I have ever had at a pizza...

Whoever was at the front taking orders wasn’t very friendly at all. Ordered two pizzas and went across to the gas station to get fountain drinks. Came back and sat down to wait and eat inside. She brings the pizza to us and then states we cannot eat inside because we had “outside food” in the restaurant and it was policy. Made us leave with my 2 year old. Mind you we were vacationing and had just checked out of our house. We just wanted to eat our pizza in air conditioning. But instead she didn’t want anyone in her lobby and kicked us out over DRINKS. If I buy from your restaurant I should be able to eat inside. We had no “outside food”....
