Horrible experience! Took an extremely sentimental valuable piece in to be worked on on Wednesday, told the person would be in on Monday or Tuesday that could drill one small little hole in this coin. Tuesday rolled around and I heard nothing, then Wednesday, then Thursday. I called on Thursday only to be told she left for out of town on Wednesday and would be gone another week. I was told the place was a mess and told there was a jeweler down the street that could do what I needed. WOW! I messaged the company, not wanting to put a bad review online, it took DAYS to get a message back and that message was in no way apologetic and in no way did they offer to rectify the situation just told me most all their staff was out of town that week. I was left feeling like I really didn't matter. I had sent a lot of people to this business before I ever tried to use them...now i will make sure people know how I was treated. It only takes a moment to be kind and understanding, I even gave a chance of redemption by messaging and not giving a bad...

Absolutely amazing store. Always very clean and quiet. They have a wide variety of jewelry making supplies, however I mainly shop there for the crystals and stones that they sell. Their prices are very affordable and definitely the most affordable I've found for beads and crystals as compared to chain craft stores and metaphysical/spirituality shops. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help out and ask questions, or simply just let you browse and shop if you prefer a quieter shopping experience.
