Huge fan of Piecewise. I have been going to the Cayce location for a long time. This location is a little different. Still the amazing service and high end coffee. But the layout of the shop is more young and fresh. It has the feel of a coffee shop off of a movie. Modern, cozy, work environment. Highly recommend it as a place to do work. This location probably not as good for bigger party’s just because of the inner layout of the shop. There is a lot of good parking on the front and back end which makes it super convenient.

I've been a regular at Piecewise Coffee in Cayce for a long time, so I was thrilled to find their location on Devine Street, especially since it's so close to where I work at Devine Street Barbers. I absolutely love this place! My go-to drink is a hot flat white with caramel syrup, and they always prepare it perfectly, with a touch of artistry. The ambiance and friendly staff make it a great spot to relax or grab a quick coffee. If you're in the area, you should definitely check this place out!

The coffee is great and I love that they have homemade syrups. However, the low rating is for the service. This is my second time visiting (this location) and I won’t be back. Both of my visits, I wasn’t greeted upon approaching the register. No “hello” or even the bare minimum “what can I get for you”, I’m just stared at until I’m ready.

I’d have much more grace if there’s a line or a rush, then I get it, you’re trying to keep moving and it slips your mind but when I walk in and the baristas are laughing and chatting and nobody’s in line, there’s no excuse.

Hopefully this improves for others in the future so that they feel welcomed, unlike I did. And MAYBE I’ll give the other location a try but I’m not too...

I love Piecewise in Cayce but it’s really out of the way for me to stop regularly for coffee. I always try to support local small businesses and my route to work is flooded with corporate coffee. UNTIL PIECEWISE OPENED A LOCATION ON MY WAY TO WORK. I gotta believe it was strictly for me, right? There’s always ample parking in front for those who are just popping in for pick up, and tons of seats inside for those who want to stay and work, read etc.
