Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbia

Only a few minutes ago, I drove to Starbucks because my mom just had surgery and wanted a coffee. It's cold and pouring down rain so I drove up directly to the window. I was greeted by a young man who rudely just looked at me when he opened the window. I told him that i didn't want to get soaked and asked if he would take my order. He said "well we don't normally take orders at window I said why? He said because they track our orders I said well can you make an exception, my mom just had surgery and wants a coffee. He said normally don't. I said do you want my money or not? He said the money doesn't come to me? I said can you take it or not? He then said okay I'll take it, meanwhile there were 2 other employees and no customers. So I then said I want a Caramel Frappuccino double whipped with almond milk bc of allergies to milk. He Said you still want whipped cream bc it's also a milk product. I said well she usually tolerates whipped cream. So he turned around and was talking to the other employees about me it was obvious!!! I tipped a 1.00 bc I always tip but seriously pure rude!!! If that were my son I'd have his rear-end. Your business should do great being so close to the hospital but nobody will tolerate that level of...

I was excited about this Starbucks opening and went nearly everyday until a couple of weeks ago, the staff appeared to have knowingly served my sister and I two caramel ribbon crunch blended frapps with sour/spoiled milk. I know it could have just been a one time bad choice type of thing but it really turned me off because that's the only product I buy from there.

I say knowingly because I overheard the cashier (who took my preorder from the app) talking about needing SOMETHING I couldn't decipher to the young lady with the braids at the drive thru. Drive thru lady said "you're going to send people to the bathroom!" to the front cashier (who took my pre order from the app.) Then another lady came from the back and stepped in, and quickly made our two frapps.

The cashier slightly hesitantly served us the frapps and we left. When i sipped mine, I noticed an aftertaste that was disgusting. It had no smell but it was something wrong and they all knew it.

I couldn't come back because we were on our way to the big Benedict vs Allen game. I called the store a few times got no answer. I trust them no more, and won't take any more of my family...

The staff here is very friendly and does a good job- however i do think something needs to be done about the dangerous and extremely poorly designed parking lot. First, the entrance you turn into is WAY too narrow for 2 cars and therefore should be made an entrance only for the safety of other cars. Second, i cannot understand why they put parking spaces that get blocked in by the drive thru line. This happens OFTEN as i used to go to this starbucks frequently before work. It backs up the drive thru line when people are constantly trying to park and back out there and honestly its people's own fault for choosing to park there between the busiest hour of 8-9. There should be signs on those spaces and cones in the spots saying NO PARKING from 8-9 M-F . ive witnessed a fender bender and several almost wrecks because of this and something should be...
