China Hut — Restaurant in Columbia

Use to be my go when I come to town. It was a must to go here. The food is distasteful now. Even the wings are nasty. I really thought it was me. But it isn’t. I went there at 11 am. When the doors open thinking I would get some fresh chicken. It seem it’s sitting for hours. It was nasty and the rice almost made me wanna throw up. Everything was nasty. But of course our people. Are going to continue to flock here because they think it’s good Chinese food. Not anymore. It’s horrible. Not the same. The only thing I love is that that still do bean sprouted, onions and eggs in their rice but the rice is still nasty and those salad, shrimp gusting still have the boo-boo them. I really just hate that my wings weren’t cooked to perfection like they used to be. Customer service...

Very upset with my order first apparently we are still in the heat of COVID and still on limited menu didn't have two dishes we wanted that is on the menu on Google...next very very small portions of actual meat mine had 10 small pieces of chicken my gf 13 definitely not worth $22..We got general tsos chicken and we wanted white rice instead of fried.. "No we can't do that"... I thought that would be a simple request. Then we started eating and it was absolutely nothing like General TSO at all... Wouldn't recommend and you should take this...

They wouldn't confirm if they could serve me a single number of my orders - of which they had all confirmed to me. I am very confused as to why this is...they acknowledged my order, etc, just could not either 1.) Fulfill it as described or 2.) Fulfill it as promised it would be corrected, to...well, corrected to the true fulfillment that the payment was made towards.

I would very much like this to be corrected. I feel used and taken advantage of.

Any info you could glean for me RE: this case, be much appreciated.
