Ordered online and when we got there, they had the doors locked. We went to both doors, called the number three times, nothing. Had to get in the drive thru. When we got our food, we were missing 5 chicken wings, 1 chicken finger, 4 honey mustards, 1 Zax sauce, & 1 ranch. Had to get back in the drive thru. Before we could tell them everything we were missing at the speaker, they were telling us to come to the window. When we get to the window, they walk away before we could finish telling them what we were missing. After they gave us our food, we still had to wait for them to come back to the window again just to get our missing sauces. Completely ridiculous. We had hungry children in the car and spent over 30 minutes just trying to get an order we placed online and was supposed to be ready to pick up inside the restaurant when we got there. They just don’t care and it is so unacceptable. Update: We also didn’t realize they gave us the wrong flavor drink until we got home and we’re still missing the chocolate bar that comes with the Mr. Beast Box & the strawberry sauce that comes with the cheesecake bites but we give up...

He told me that there would be a free salad. He put my name on a list just come in when I was ready tell the manager on duty. So, I did. Eric greeted me and asked what Manager told me this. I did not remember his name but he told me he would put my name on list. Well I guess they don't have a list. Because Eric didn't go check. Basically, called me a liar to my face by saying he could not honor the request. Will contact corporate tomorrow. Zaxbys will no longer have my business. Read moreI use the app to order and normally I don't have any issue, but this last time I ordered 2 family boneless wing family packs (approximately $50 worth of food) and when I got there I was given 1 family pack. When I brought it to the the attention of the lady in the drive-thru she printed off a copy of my ticket and said "no you only ordered 1" My response was "so you're telling me that yall charge $50 for one family meal?" [and pointed at the total]... She replied "uhhh" and shut the window in my face, and another young lady came to the window and asked me to pull up. I finally received the other meal, but the customer service was not great and the management is lacking.
